The Design Source provided interior design services on two major remodeling projects at our house. Our house was a late 1980s house, that other than paint and some new wall paper had not undergone any major updating or changes since the original construction. The first project was a complete remodel of our first floor. A complete gutting of the floor, removing all flooring, all cabinets, all plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, and moving walls to change the functionality of spaces. This included removing one of two stairs in the house to accommodate a future elevator (a Design Source suggestion). Design Source designed the interior room layouts, all of the cabinets, etc. They led us through the selection of materials, fixtures, flooring, etc. During construction they were always available for consultation, visiting the house many times to meet with us and builder. Design Source also guided us through selecting new furniture for the new downstairs. The first floor was such a success that we engaged Design Source for the complete remodel of our second floor two years later. Only reason for the time separation was our out of country assignment. The second remodel was again a complete gutting remake project. Again Design Source provided complete design services, designing room layouts (including moving walls), cabinets, fixtures, etc. Our second floor was just as much a success as the first floor. We attribute that to the services and support we received from the Design Source. We are unequivocally satisfied with Design Source and recommend their services without any reservations.
