Willow Work Design

Alex Cisneros, the owner of this business, contracted with me for a professional photography project to shoot a luxury apartment in Arlington, Virginia. She paid a 50% deposit on my estimate, met me at the job site and I did the shoot. I then delivered proofs and asked her to make selections. Time passed and after several emails weeks apart she said she was busy and would make the selections the next day. Thereafter I have heard nothing from her despite multiple calls and emails. She owes me for the balance of this project and has not paid me, nor even explained if there is any reason for not responding to me. I alert any contractors to avoid this business if you want to get paid for the work you deliver. 

If she pays me and explains her behavior, I will consider taking down this review.

Alex is great, Her attention to detail and eye for design is impeccable! From start to finish, she was there every step of the way. She is very relatable and her design styles are endless. I would highly recommend working with Willow Work Design on your next project!

Alex helped design and plan a condo renovation in east Austin. She came recommended from a close personal friend and she knocked it outta the park. Over the summer, I had downsized from a larger house into a much smaller condo in East Austin. Just the reduction of space caused enough panic to look for assistance in design. Out of everyone I consulted, Alex was the most relatable and she was genuinely interested in design and assisting me instead of pushing products. I loved her more artistic approach and she made everything so easy and smooth. She took the time to meet with me, understood my budget/time with my busy schedule, and looked at the space and took measurements. She worked with me through an idea board to pick the right pieces to really make my new place representative of my aesthetic. The idea board she created for me nailed it on the head which was so impressive. She has a great eye and is able to really understand someone's style before approaching a project. She kept accurate records and maintained a high level of professionalism in the delivery of pieces and in the transactions. She is great and I would highly recommend her for any help in designing a space!

Alex is very organized and on top of the project. She came into my home, looked at the current decor and was able to give ideas to fit my style. We had two large blank spaces with height and she had a perfect vision for it.
