We have had a fantastic experience with DeeDee so far on our home makeover. Our project includes a complete turnover of our first floor including all furnishings of master bed & bath, living room, kitchen, office, and dining room, all accessories and styling to make it feel warm and cozy, new lighting and paint. DeeDee is responsive and easy to communicate with. She is up to date on the latest trends, but will help you design your home to be timeless. Dee Dee is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Delaney Designs. Dee Dee takes time to get to you know you and your style and your intended use of the room and what you want to achieve with a remodel. She designed a complete master bath renovation (and more) for our home in Texas and it turned out even better than we hoped for! So, we wanted to work with Dee Dee on a ground-up design for a small cabana at our home in Florida. We did the whole design ‘virtually’ by sharing design ideas, measurements and photos through email and spreadsheets. Dee Dee created an amazing design for the cabana that makes maximum use of a small space. We hired a local contractor who was very impressed with Dee Dee’s detail and accuracy which made it easy for him to build the project. She made sure all the tile, counters, fixtures, furnishings, etc. were available to us in Florida. It turned out fantastic and we love spending time in our new cabana! We would work with Dee Dee again on any remodeling and redecorating projects – near and far!

I can’t say enough great things about Dee Dee @ Delaney’s Design. After trying to tackle a design on my own and meeting several other designers, I’m not sure how I got so lucky when a friend introduced me to Dee Dee. She listened to my wants and budget and tailored a design and plan that fit all aspects. Her knowledge and connections and designer perks helped take my design and renovation to the next level. She has an amazing method that is spot on to understand your spending and decorating style and before long had stubborn ole me begging for a new style out of my comfort zone. The level of detail and documentation throughout the process made every single detail easy to navigate. We even had a little fun along the way! Who would think picking Quartz and tile would be a fun girls day out?! Dee Dee is in the details…the details one wouldn’t even think about and with a basic contractor would easily be overlooked. This is the difference in hiring a designer and hiring the right designer like I did. Not only did I get the 2.0 version of the house of my dreams, I’d like to think I’ve found a friend and designer for all my future dreams! If you’ve ever questioned hiring a designer, spend the extra money, hire Dee Dee and watch your expectations be exceeded ten fold!

I have known Dee Dee for 20 years and never thought that I would go through a complete remodel of my 20 year old home in my lifetime. I was extremely nervous about the project but my home needed some TLC. It was in bad need of a makeover but after a long debate we decided to make our 3300 square foot home into our forever home. I was embarrassed to see my home in the condition it was in and rarely had people over. Cracks in the tile, wall paper border in the kitchen with fruit, yeah is was that out of date. I did not know where to even begin. The thought of entire process was overwhelming to me and my husband. In walks Dee Dee. Think of Mary Poppins and how she walks in and saves the Banks family. So professional from beginning to end. She listened to our ramblings of what we think we wanted, took into account all items that meant something to us, gave us courage to make the decisions that needed to be made and waited on us to see some details come to life on their own. We ended up knocking out an entire wall and went with a huge open concept kitchen with an enormous island that seats seven. Dee Dee earned every single penny I paid for her services. She dove in and brought such passion and energy throughout the entire project. The finished result is a huge "WOW" from all of my friends and family. I can't thank her enough. It is an amazing amazing house now. WE LOVE IT!

We have just finished our third project with Dee Dee and could not be happier. She has a real talent for lessening to your vision and expanding it beyond expectations. Her vast knowledge of decor and eye for detail has given us a beautiful kitchen and two beautiful bathrooms. I appreciate her flexibility, if you don’t care for a particular selection, she will eagerly find something else to suit the look you want to achieve. She works in a timely fashion and has always been more than on her fees. On top of everything, she is a real pleasure to work. DeeDee was amazing! She is extremely innovative and gifted and very easy to work with. I had so many ideas/request...she embraced them all. She made our dream home a reality with her design concept. When I was unsure of something....she nudged us in the direction she knew would look fantastic in our home. We had a difficult contractor with many issues. DeeDee interceded on our behalf and attempted to resolve. We are forever grateful for choosing such a professional, creative, and caring lady.

We have know Dee Dee Lear for many years, before she decided to follow her dream with Delaney’s Design. When we found out we were moving to North Texas it was a no brainer, we needed Dee Dee to help us turn our new house into our forever home. She has an amazing eye and ability to make everything beautiful. She was able to take many of our existing antiques and incorporate them into the new design and decor of our home.
