Granite Transformations

Formally known as Granite Transformations until the recent name change. Same owner same terrible service and quality. My 3 day kitchen reface is in the process of taking 18 months with pieces still in my garage to be installed. The quality from the supplier Cuisine Ideal is terrible with paint being wiped off the cabinets with normal use. We were told not to use any soap??in the kitchen? The owner Tracy will not stand behind the product she sells. No returns of calls etc. The installers were so inconsiderate of my home. Many many appoint,nets scheduled with installers and even the owner herself who failed to show up when there were days taken off from our work to accomodate. The whole process has been terrible. I cannot at all recommend this company. Save your money and go elsewhere

The designer came to our house and made great recommendations and helped us establish a budget for our kitchen renovation including appliances. The work was done on time as promised and our kitchen looks beautiful. The granite countertops fit over our old laminate counters really nicely and the designer had our island wrapped in beadboard which looks fabulous! We get a lot of compliments from our mosaic backsplash which the granite transformations designer helped us custom design.

After seeing their booth at the Home Show, we agreed to an in home estimate. We liked the type of eco-friendly, relatively inexpensive granite counters that could be installed over our old laminate. Upon choosing a finish, the process involved one visit where extensive measurements were made of our existing counter. The next visit involved installation, which took less than a day with virtually no clean up required! The new counters look fantastic and are as durable as advertised. We had one slight flaw that was repaired with another visit. We're very happy with the company and the product and would recommend them.
