My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Kitchen | Bath | Wardrobe M Design Studio, inc. was started in 2003 by Morgan Lund Yen in order to offer design services to residential clients. Morgan has extensive experience in kitchen and bath design. She has worked with some of the top European and domestic cabinetry and furniture suppliers. M Studio offers complete design services including: Design layouts, complete construction and mechanical plans, material / finish and fixture selections. Project management, site visits and measuring. Sourcing and pricing of products and materials. Drafting services include: 2D AutoCAD drawings on most projects. 3D renderings are offered as needed.

I love the cabinets! Are they formica? and where are they from? Looking into doing my laundry. Curious.... Please let me know I would love for it to be updated and very durable thanks.

I have a few different options for cabinets. Melamine / TFL (Formica) is a very good option for a durable material in a laundry room.

Morgan and I have worked together on past projects and I have to say her knowledge of current kitchen trends and appliances is a stand out quality when compared to others in the industry. morgans work is high quality, she includes all relevant dimensions, notes and schedules for all crafts / suppliers involved in a project. her product and industry knowledge is rare and very valueable for best design and project management. the more complex and design centric a project, the more valuable morgan is to our projects. morgan is our go to for high design creative solutions.
