Bill rebuilt my guest bathroom from scratch. He used the best people and he was there all of the time to make sure the work was done correctly, on time, and we were happy. He was polite and courteous before, during, and even after the project was completed which is the type of relationship I wish I had with more contractors!

Ready Construction has done an excellent job on 6 home construction projects for us over a span of 15 years, including 2 major bathroom remodels, a kitchen remodel, and major changes to the shape and windows in two separate rooms. In all of those projects, Bill Ready as the general contractor has been efficient, shown good judgment, been diligent and communicated well both with us and with his sub-contractors, who clearly respect him and pay close attention to his and our wishes for excellent execution. Bill's wide range of experience enables him to offer top flight suggestions and input about design and materials selected. In many cases, he has handled framing, carpentry, and cabinet, door or window installation himself, relying on his stable of good subcontractors to handle specialty aspects (e.g., plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, painting) when that is more efficient. His estimates have been accurate and his charges fair for the excellent and timely work.

We had Bill remodel 2 bathrooms in our house, he gave us an accurate estimate in terms of schedule & cost He was prompt in showing up on the specified time, took care of covering floors through the project period, cleaning up each day after done Both bathrooms were finished with quality work. Recently we began searching for a reputable contractor to head-up our major remodel which included a complete gut of the kitchen, family room, portions of the hallway, and some of the living room area. The remodel also included the removal of a large load-bearing wall. We chose Bill Ready after a lengthy search and multiple inquires. What spoke to us was his track record, his integrity, his strong communication skills, and the quality of his product. Bill was the right choice from beginning to end. His workmanship as well as the quality of his subs, exceeded expectations. Bill worked with me as well as I wanted to do some of demo work and finish work myself. I can say that after the project was completed, a project that had many moving parts and complex components, we are very, very pleased with Bill's product, his attention to detail, his follow-through, and his customer service. Our guests love the new "farmhouse feel" of the home. So, if you are looking for quality, reliability, and excellence (in an industry that is NOT known for these qualities) Bill Ready and Ready construction should be one of your first choices if not "the" choice. **I should also note that Bill took on a major bathroom remodel prior to the major project described above. Bill Ready of Ready Construction has been our general contractor on a number of projects these last few years. We are pleased with previous bathroom renovations & our most recent, kitchen renovation. The quality of his work, especially his subcontractors, have been amongst the best we've encountered. The comments/compliments by other professionals in construction have confirmed for us the high level of quality. The fact Ready Construction has such superb subcontractors i.e. tiling, hardwood floors, electrical, plumbing, demo & installation, it is a testament to the company. We enjoyed working with Bill. He was very professional, calm, flexible, accommodating & accessible. Our needs were always addressed with expediency & completed to our satisfaction. Renovation is never an "easy" process, but we believe it was overall smooth. Most of all, we now have the the bathrooms & kitchen of our dreams! We have a few more projects in the future & would be pleased to have Ready Construction complete them for us.

My wife and I used Bill Ready from Ready Construction Company for our 2014 kitchen remodel and are very happy with Bill’s work. Our remodeled kitchen is functional and attractive. We always get compliments from visitors. Bill was very easy to communicate with and it was a pleasure to have him work on our home. He and his sub-contractors were always at the job on time and the work progressed steadily. Bill had a knack for problem solving. Any issue, even those which seemed insurmountable, were quickly resolved. Our remodel finished on time and within budget. At the end the project on a Sunday afternoon a drain developed a leak under the house. A call to Bill brought him and his plumber to our home within an hour and the problem efficiently fixed.

I have nothing but ravs for Ready Construction. Bill was so very professional yet helpful and calming at the same time. The total remodel of my kitchen was not something I looked forward to but Bill managed to assure me that all would go smoothly and his work would be finished on time. He certainly kept that promise and more. He was vital in the choosing of granite, cabinets and tile for floor. His sub contractors were on time and their work was of a very high quality. Bill kept us on our budget and my kitchen is so beautiful. I Thank you Bill.

Bill does excellent work........ I'm a good example of his work, as he basically has redone my whole house, with the exception of the Master Bedroom/bathroom, which we are working on presently. I think it's important to work with a contractor you can trust and depend on, and that is another key reason I've worked with only Bill. I do not even think twice about asking for a second estimate from another contractor, as I don't want the worry of who, what and why.......Debbie
