Bill helped me design my dream kitchen. It is now done and is my dream kitchen thanks to Bill! Designing a kitchen can be a very stressful event however Bill was so professional and talented at it that it was an enjoyable experience. Right from the beginning he knew my style and gave me ideas I never would have thought of. While doing this I never felt like he was trying to up sell me. I actually felt like he was "looking out" for my pocketbook instead. I highly recommend Bill! I will never forget my great experience with him!

Bill Rowe came highly recommended by my neighbor and my contractor, who said Bill is the main reason he recommends Home Depot. He was very helpful in setting up an appropriate design for our small kitchen in the Back Bay (Boston). He listened to what we wanted and directed us to what would work out in the space we had. The cabinets are beautiful. I would make some changes to a couple drawers but those are things you can't know ahead of time. Bill worked on a schedule, as he was very busy, but he was always available when we needed him. I never had trouble reaching him at the store, either. Bill also told us the pros and cons of the different cabinet makers. Though we didn't buy our countertop at Home Depot, Bill was forthcoming when I shared with him what I was considering. Overall, a very positive experience and I'm thrilled with the outcome.

I live in small garden level apartment in Boston, MA and have wanted to renovate my galley kitchen ever since I moved in thirteen years ago. Last fall I finally decided it was the right time and a neighbor recommended Bill Rowe at the Home Depot in Everett. She had used Bill for her renovation and I loved the way her kitchen turned out. I was anxious about the project because I have a hard time making decisions and I don't always trust my instincts. Right away Bill put me at ease by listening to my ideas and gently making suggestions. Each time we met I always felt as though I had his undivided attention and that he truly wanted me to feel great about my design choices. My kitchen is very small but over the course of a few weeks, Bill created three different design plans until I felt happy with the layout. Bill has worked with my contractor on quite a number of projects and together they make a great team. My contractor has told me that he admires the way Bill is so thorough and knowledgeable, always coming to a site numerous times and seeing projects through from start to finish. When I had an issue with one of my cabinets, Bill took care of it right away and it was replaced in less than a week. It was such a pleasure to work with Bill, he has a great eye, he knows what will work best for a space, but he is never pushy. I am the only person I know who was sad when her renovation was over because I loved working with the incredible team that made it all happen. Bill is a secret gem and Home Depot is lucky to have him.
