Native Trails

I have purchased 3 of the concrete farmhouse sinks. The glaze has come off all 3 with wear and tear from washing dishes. Very Disappointed. Expensive sinks but poor quality.

Do NOT…I repeat Do NOT purchase a Native Trail sink. We purchased three during the building of our home, one farm sink for the kitchen and two additional sinks for the bar and prep areas. All were flawed after minimal use. Upon contacting the NT representative, he acknowledged that there was a short time period in which the firing of their sinks was below standard resulting in poor quality issues. After some back and forth, he did agree to replace the sinks but refused to pay for any labor associated with the same which included plumber, cabinet maker and stone fabricator. We replaced the kitchen sink, but chose not to replace the two other sinks, due to complicated cabinetry issues and the concern for damaging the marble countertops. Unfortunately, that forced us to live with the imperfections (bubbling and peeling of surface) on the bar and prep sinks. After a short period of time the 2nd kitchen sink also began to bubble and chip even though we use sink protecters. We ultimately chose not to replace with a third NT, and went with Blanco which has been great! The time, effort and costs incurred with this process was very disruptive and inexcusable. Unfortunately we still have two flawed, unsightly sinks in our beautiful home!

I Have used Native trail sinks in two of my projects by now, and i must say they are amazing they give a contemporary look to every type of kitchen. My traditional kitchen design suddenly got a bit industrial with the gray stone sink and now a rustic kitchen gut a great modern touch with the black stone sink. the products are very high end and priced reasonably as well.

I can always count on the stand out quality of Native Trails products. The bar sink in my latest project was a show stopper and I highly recommend to my clients and friends ! Dave Kane
