1st Source general Contracting

My experience has been poor. Gorge is unorganized, not detailed oriented and does not supervise subcontractors as a GC should. He leaves when work is taking place and does not supervise as a GC does. He then takes photos of all the problems, after the work is in place, for the homeowner to deal with. He does not handle subcontractors well and is too aggressive with them to the point where subs won't come back. Multiple subs told me he didn't pay them. He is a big talker that ends up dragging projects out for a long time because of his inability to follow through and get work completed.
