Mark & his team from Design Factor created a beautiful master bath for our home. We purchased our vanity from Design Factor, as it was the nicest one we had seen in our research, and it did not disappoint. The project was completed as originally outlined, the workers always left the site clean, and all of the subcontractors were a pleasure to work with. Happy to have had Mark and Design Factor recommended to us for this project. We love our new master bath!

We are very pleased with how our kitchen turned out. Everyone loves the cabinets. I have not seen them anywhere else.

We were pleased with the work completed by Mark and the Design Factor team. Design Factor turned our 1960's single bath into a luxury en suite. Design Factor exemplified the desired attributes of a good GC. These included, but were not limited to: - Creative design; - Reliable, on-time, and trustworthy sub contractors; - Detail oriented (both design and construction); - Open and constant dialogue throughout the process; - Clean!!! - the work site was cleaned at the end of every day! We are already planning our next room renovation we hope to be completed by Design Factor.
