After an exceptional experience with Executive Remodeling doing my main level home remodel in 2023, I was confident in having the same team back to update my walkout basement, finish off my utility room, and paint my garage. They provided the professional quality of workmanship that they demonstrated when doing my first project. After the completion of my 2023 project, I met again with Allison, the design consultant, to discuss my second project. Since she had already worked with me, she knew my design style and already had suggestions to compliment my home. The result is that all areas of my home blend beautifully together! The project manager, Ryan, had also worked on my first project, so he knew how to guide the second project. Ryan coordinated his team to keep the project moving along. His team was very focused on quality and were respective of my home. Anytime a question arose, Ryan quickly responded and resolved the issue. He pulled the required permits, met with the inspectors, and made sure that all permits were signed off. My neighbors comment that they are impressed with Executive Remodeling’s work and how the team improved my home. By word of mouth, some neighbors stop by unexpectantly for a tour of my home – a tour that I am proud to give!

Recently hired Executive Remodeling to update my master bathroom and I was very impressed with the thoroughness in every part of the process. Allison, Bruce and Don were with me every step of the way, communicated regularly, and ensured that we discussed decisions with my budget in mind. They were professional and clearly have expertise in project management.

Executive Remodeling did a basement remodeling project in our home. They remodeled the family room and laundry room. Ryan was the project manager, and he did a great job. The project was completed on time and on budget. The work is high quality and is beautifully done. They provided easy to understand floor plans and had great ideas for flooring, access panels, and finishing touches. Communication between the company and us was great. Ryan provided weekly status updates by email, and weekly progress checks by management were conducted. We could not be happier with the finished work.

My husband and I were thrilled with the entire process. We had excellent communication throughout the project with both Larry and Don. Every time a worker was in our house they were respectful and left it in great shape. We are grateful for all of their hard work.

On time, in budget, easy to work with, and they listen to you. That says it all but keep reading if you want to know about my experience. Early in 2023 I began the process of remodeling my home. I had several companies bid on the job which included, new windows, new flooring, redesigning the kitchen and front entry and stairs, and upgrades to three bathrooms. While all the companies were pleasant to work with, Executive Remodeling was so attentive during the design process (really listened to what was important to me, and their design gave me everything I asked for) that it was not difficult to make a decision about who to choose. While I could choose what suppliers I wanted, they had a list of recommended ones in my area (windows, flooring, cabinets, tiling, etc.) that made the daunting task of finding materials for my home a little less scary. Their plan was to start the first week of June and have me back in my home by the end of November (I moved out for the duration of the install). And it happened exactly like that! Demolition started exactly on time, and they finished the first week in November. I was able to cook Thanksgiving in my wonderful dream kitchen. I can't remember a missed date or appointment by any of the teams they used to complete the work. They stuck to their quoted costs and when we did go over it was because I decided I wanted to upgrade to a higher cost item than what was originally planned. They communicated with me weekly about progress, so I always knew what was going to happen next. They made sure that their crews were respectful to our neighbors (no blocking streets or driveways or noise at unreasonable hours). They were about as close to perfect as one could hope.

I just had my bathroom completely remodeled with Executive Remodeling (and added multiple other jobs in my home) and I cannot express more profoundly what a FANTASTIC experience the whole process was! From the first day meeting Larry and going over the proposal (which came in far less than the other 7 companies that provided me with price ranges for the job), to Ryan who answered all my texts and resolved each small issue promptly, to Allison the interior designer on the team with an exceptional eye for aesthetics and detail, to each handyman, painter who came for different parts of the project. These guys are truly one of a kind!

Kitchen Remodel - I highly recommend Executive Remodeling for a kitchen remodel. Executive Remodeling renovated my kitchen in early 2023. I interviewed a few contractors before Executive. I was becoming frustrated because the other contractors were quoting prices that were higher than I wanted to pay. Allison, the designer, came to our house and talked to us. She provided us a quote within a day or two. When I saw the quote was nearly 20% less expensive than other companies, I was skeptical, but it broke the price down for allowances and materials clearly. She walked us through the paperwork, and she helped us pick out materials. She was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Our budget goal was important to her. She didn't try to upsell or recommend the most expensive option. The final price, nearly 4 months later, was almost identical to the original quote. I had expected the final price to be closer to what the other companies had quoted me. We did have one issue with a piece not ending up as explained and anticipated. This problem was dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. Communication about work days could have been clearer, but they were respectful of requested start and end times. The construction end date was within a few days of the predicted completion date. We love our new kitchen. It looks great! I recommend Allison and Executive Remodeling for a quality and affordable kitchen remodel. I had no prior connection, neither personal nor professional, to anyone related to Executive Remodeling before I emailed them.

Allison, Bruce, Dave, Larry and Team deliver what they promise with high quality and on schedule. A rarity in todays market place. Very happy with our choice to go with Executive for our remodeling project. We chose Executive Remodeling after receiving proposals from four other known general contractors (two were very unprofessional) for remodeling the kitchen and great room of our mid-80’s town home which included major plumbing rerouting, electrical, hard wood flooring, vent-a-hood, wall and popcorn removal, railing, painting and most importantly, setting the stage for installation of a custom European kitchen (Puustelli, which we also recommend). They were very professional on the first scoping visit with us (a refreshing change of pace), took detailed notes on our wishes, measured the space precisely, and came back with a quality proposal, timeline and meticulous CAD drawings and a firm (all-in bid) soon after that. The team of professionals and trades they put together for our project were top notch and knew the building codes for our community and solved some rather challenging items that come along with modernizing major parts of an almost 40 year old townhome. Our project manager, Dave, was meticulous in scheduling work and keeping us informed via text and on Google calendars. If you are just starting to look for a quality general contractor for your remodeling project, you need to talk with Executive. If you are (like we were) getting frustrated talking with other GC’s for your project, talk to Executive. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for quality work done on time and at a fair all inclusive price with two year warranty.

I am happy to share information about my very positive experience with Executive Remodeling! I wanted a kitchen remodel and also added a few smaller projects, to my 40 year old townhome. I met with 4 other companies, but chose Executive Remodeling whose proposal was the most professional and direct. Their initial estimate felt appropriate and remained so, through out the project. Perhaps the 2 things I appreciated the most were the very quick responses to my emails or calls, and also that they provided a weekly schedule of the “workers”, who were all professional, timely, and always respectful of my home and family. I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful new kitchen, pantry and front closet, and I intend to call Executive Remodeling for future remodeling plans.

We used Executive Remodeling to finish our basement. As first time homeowners with no construction experience, we could not have asked for an easier process. We began our project with large goals: empty out the basement for drain tile and then re-install what was taken out. Water from spring melts would enter the family room every spring and we needed to preserve the investment in our nearly 100 year old house. Larry, Bruce, Ryan and Reed were so supportive every step of the way. Their optimism and "can do" attitude were helpful as we discovered a crack in a weight bearing beam and wiring complications. We have great confidence in their ability to find the right craftsman for every step of the project. We even added a new garden window to the kitchen upstairs knowing that we could trust them to do a great install. We sleep well knowing that our wiring is up to code and we enjoy a great deal of natural light in the basement because of their work. Even a slow down due to supply issues was met with determination to find solutions and creative options. We were so exited to move back into our creative space.
