I’ve always been interested in building things. My father and I would putter around with projects for the house that I grew up in, and the natural next step was to do the same with my own family. My spare time, when the kids were growing up was filled with projects for the house… putting on a deck, adding some closet space, redoing the kitchen, building cabinets, etc. And it seems, some of that wore off on several of my six sons. Two of them are employed with Johns Island Remodeling, and a third helps out with computer assisted design (CAD) and preparing plans for the Charleston County approval process. After retirement from General Motors, we bought a house on Seabrook Island, and guess what? - started to remodel it. Then some friends asked if I would do some work for them, and one thing led to another…and Johns Island Remodeling, LLC. was born. We strive to provide the best product for the desired price. Obviously, you can’t get a Cadillac for Volkswagen prices, but we want you to get the best for what you want to spend. And we stand by our work!
