Kitchen Plus

We just had Kitchen Plus update 3 of our bathrooms, after having a great experience with them previously. The bathrooms are finished now & we couldn’t be happier. We worked with Marina as our designer, & Mike K. was our Project Manager. I would be happy to work with both again. It’s obvious that Mike cares about the quality of his work. We had a potentially difficult placement of a quartz backsplash near a built-in mirror, and he figured out a way to make it work seamlessly. He was professional and respectful. A very positive experience.

KitchenPlus remodeled 2 bathrooms for us. While our experience with our designer in the showroom was good, our best experience was with our project manager, Uri Rosas. He oversaw the whole project (which actually finished early!). He was a great communicator and kept everything organized. He also paid attention to all the little details that make a big difference in a remodeling project and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. Would highly recommend working with him.

In 1997 a leaky dishwasher damaged the subflooring in our kitchen. The repair necessitated removal of the old cabinets. We chose to take advantage of the opportunity and do a complete remodel. We chose Kitchen Plus for the remodel at that time. Their work was superb and they spent time with us to make certain that the results of the remodel worked well for both us and our home. We've been happy with our new kitchen ever since as it has enhanced our home. Now, 23 years later, one of our cabinets required some service. Kitchen Plus was able to locate our old records in their paper archive and fixed things up for us. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience with all of the staff. The beginning process had a designer come to the home and then we went to the showroom to pick out tile, flooring, cabinets, etc. with the same designer, Marina. No running all over multiple locations to pick out products that might not end up matching. Everything was picked out within 2 hours! Our project manager, Ben Coronel was pleasant, attentive to detail, and ran the project smoothly. I couldn’t be more pleased. Plus, the clean up after each work day was amazing. Truly a good experience with Kitchen Plus Bellevue!

Jason and his crew have got to be the most professional, accurate and tidy people I know. Their work is unbelievable as well as the grade of the cabinets and counter tops, top of the line! Design work is unbelievable. We have done several jobs with them and plan on doing plenty more! I have photo's of just a couple of the projects they have designed.

We remodeled 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with Kitchen Plus in Bellevue. They walked us through the whole process from design to completion. The fact that they have a showroom with a great selection of materials (cabinetry, tiles, hardware, flooring) that they know to be high quality is a huge time and worry-saver. If you choose something from their showroom you know it will be good quality. The designers worked with us to figure out what we wanted and helped us select the materials. They are organized, professional and kept our project moving along. Ben, our project manager, kept us informed of the schedule and posted it on our wall. They kept the work area neat throughout the time when work was going on. They made changes as needed. They stuck to the contracted price. Kitchen Plus has longstanding relationships with vendors such as Distinctive Glass for shower enclosures which is helpful. If we do another project, we will call Kitchen Plus again.

I was very disappointed in the communication skills of this company. From the very beginning, price comparisons were not talked about. For instance, how much is this tile vs that one? Pricing is only given to the entire project. I was given a 2 week timeframe for the entire project. That did not mean work would be done every day. I never met a project manager. I had no one to call if there were issues. There were. Tile was done in a place where there was supposed to be none. I removed it myself. A separate company , costing about $1000.00 was used to destall and install appliances. Prep work was supposed to be done by Kitchen Plus.It was not.The sub contractors were great. I do have a gorgeous new countertop! I would have very mixed emotions about using them again.

I had Kitchen Plus remodel my kitchen and bathrooms. It was a very easy process start to finish and I’m thrilled with the results! I was lucky enough to have Wes as my project manager, he really looked out for me and my home. He came up with solutions to any issues and made many suggestions that improved the end results. Every evening before he left the job, my house was tidied up. He convinced the subs to come earlier than scheduled when things were ready. The quality of their products, work and results are amazing! This is the 2nd remodel we have completed with Kitchen Plus . 2 years ago we remodeled our kitchen with the help of Jennifer as our designer and Brindon as our Project Manager . The process was painless and we love the results! They did a great job working with us throughout the whole process. Just last week we completed a Master Bathroom remodel. Jennifer was our designer again and Mike N. was our Project Manager. Jennifer, once again anticipated what we liked and helped design a beautiful bathroom. Mike is a pleasure to work with. So professional and a really nice person to work with. Always on time, deadlines were met, his attention to detail was awesome and his follow through is outstanding! I would request both of these individuals again for any future projects. We are very happy with the results of both remodels! Thank you!

We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel! Kitchen Plus did an amazing job end to end. Jessica our designer was great about helping me with ideas on how to modernize my kitchen within a reasonable budget, Tom was speedy at getting our drawings and permits in order, and Tim our on-site project manager was super friendly and respectful of our space, very knowledgeable and did superb finish work. They were done in one month and it could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend!

Kitchen Plus did an excellent job on our kitchen! They took care of everything, from providing multiple designs for us to choose from, to helping select colors and materials, to solving problems discovered after the project started (like unexpected drain locations and air vents, to extraneous fire sprinklers and uneven subflooring), to taking care of unexpected code requirements -- and through it all they stayed exactly on schedule. Overall very happy with the work they completed for us. Would hire again for another project if we ever do something this major again, and would absolutely recommend to others.

Recently had my kitchen remodel done by KP, I worked with Jessica Bell (the designer) and Mike Nause (the PM/installer) - both were amazing. I highly recommend these folks. Jessica worked diligently and patiently with me - she took the time, asked all the right questions to really understand my needs in the kitchen, providing the best solutions from cabinet space, counter tops, to appliance locations. She was transparent and reasonable in her recommendations, taking the time to explain all nuances of the process end to end. Mike who installed the cabinets was meticulous, clean and careful in his workmanship. Everyday he left the job site clean and organized. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this (as I'm a bit OCD). They both paid great attention to every little detail and I couldn't be happier with the experience and outcome! I will definitely go back to KP for future home improvement needs!
