Joro and the Archiscape team did an amazing job on our backyard patio and water feature! It’s beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Challenges along the way - final product is beautiful. I recommend you have the 3d mockup before you start, our 2d image was delivered the day before the job finished so it was no help in visualizing the project. Communication with Jonathan was responsive; communication between us, him and the crew actually doing the work had significant gaps. Concerns were addressed quickly but a lot of re-work was needed. Workers were very respectful, willing to adjust to changes and hard working. The process was not as promised, until demanded, but in the end, my paver driveway is beautiful.

Appreciate the feedback, lets get some facts into your review:
-DESIGN wasn't given to you before project because we called you and explained how we can start your project before original start date, let's be honest on the reasoning why the drawling wasn't delivered on-time ( aside of the fact that we had a 30 THOUSAND dollar dump truck stolen from your house on the second day of work) "suspiciously from a what it seems to be a good neighborhood"
-Communication: It's unfair for you to say my communication had a gap between me and my crew when my crew and I had a 30 THOUSAND DOLLAR dump truck stolen from your home. Had to deal with finding a way to finalize your project by getting another dump truck during an open project. We still finished your project on time and not once did you have any sort of empathy for the situation at hand. But we understand the kind of client that you are and you still had the audacity in being hesitant to pay us at the end.
-Also sending me messages that we had placed your paver up-side down, questioning our craftsmanship. You clearly explained on a text ((all evidence we have)) that we did it wrong. Then you said you had a "paver expert" tell you that the installation was done CORRECTLY.
- Last fact regarding "a lot of re-work was needed"; ma'am we have you on an audio recording where you "noticed a slope on your driveway" we clearly explained the situation and again questioned my work and when we re-did the work, all we actually did was picked up the pavers and moved a little bit of sand around and than you said its "better now" stating the obvious that you had no clue what you were talking about and to ensure my work and guarantee it we only "picked up and replaced" again wasting my time and on my guys hours in re-doing work to please your "expertise".

Again, You're very welcome for your BEAUTIFUL project that all your clients, and neighbors say it is amazing, REGARDLESS of the CHALLENGES we faced due to working in a highly delinquent neighborhood. Good Luck Karen

Jon and his team are outstanding. They worked closely with me on the design and provided really helpful online mock-ups of the project area. The team is highly skilled, knowledgeable and are fully focused on quality. They were really easy to work with; they listened and talked through any questions I had at each stage of the project. They were also the most competitively priced compared to other quotes I had received. All to say, I highly recommend them.

After coming down our house the first time to provide us with an estimate, Jonathan came by a second time (without obligation) and sprayed the outline plan to give us a better visualization of his beautiful backyard design. Jon was also really helpful and patient with our endless queries. With Jon’s competitive quote and sincerity, we decided to go with Archiscape. Jon and his skillful team (Joshua & crew) did not fail our trust and worked tirelessly through the rain and shine (even during the crazy heat wave) this past Summer to deliver the planned design. Thanks to Jon and his team, we now have a newly transformed beautiful and functional backyard that we can enjoy many years down the road! Since then, we have gotten several compliments from neighbors and friends on our backyard and one of neighbor had engaged them right after the job was done at our house.
