Celestial Landscapes

We moved into our house almost exactly a year ago and finally decided to have some work done on the yard that the previous owner left in shambles. When I say shambles, we are talking about a dirt front yard with weeds and dead stumps from trees that had been removed long ago. Big mounds, where partially submerged boulders blocked any future hope my kids had of playing in a grass covered front lawn and trees that grew wildly against the side of the house. We also had a poorly thrown together pathway that led to the back, made of pink stone that looked like a relic of the ‘70’s. Thankfully we came across Anthony Davis and his crew at Celestial Landscapes. After our initial discussion with Anthony we knew we had found the guy. His passion and knowledge as an arborist was palpable and his plan for what we needed to do to transform our yard fit exactly to our needs. Anthony and his crew bulldozed our front yard, removing stumps and weeds and boulders. They removed the masses of wildly growing trees that obscured the house and began to install and update the vastly outdated sprinkler system. Next, they put in beautiful lilac bushes and Kentucky Bluegrass and laid a flagstone path (using local stones). We also planted five columnar aspen trees and three Bosnian pine trees, which Anthony was very particular about and ensured they had sprinklers that would adequately cover them (he gives you a 1-year guarantee on his trees). Perhaps the final finishing touch was his inclusion of a tree in the front yard to memorialize the recent loss of my father. We knew we wanted a tree to help remember him and Anthony found the perfect fit, an Eastern Redbud, which was completely apropos for a man who grew up back East (and the tree has heart shaped leaves). I don’t write reviews often, but I felt it necessary to endorse the excellent work of Anthony and his crew of hard-working gentleman. I give them five stars and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

They did a wonderful job installing a sprinkler system and drip irrigation system. They were timely and reliable. I highly recommend celestial landscapes.

Had an issue with the job. spoke to the owner and he rushed an entire team to my home to make it right. This means a lot to me. I imagine that some contractors are done and gone, but they came back to make it right.

Not reliable, they said they would get us a quote, never happened. I wish they would have been up front and honest. Don't waste your time.
