We entered an agreement with Craine Projects to extend our backyard deck in the context of the installation of a hot tub. The company also agreed to restore our interlock driveway after digging a trench to allow for an electrical upgrade to our house. All of our interactions with members of Craine Projects were extremely positive. Some specific examples include the owner’s attentiveness and ability to rapidly grasp the essence of the client’s wishes, team members’ willingness to suggest derogations from the initial plan when their experience dictated that a better outcome would thus be achieved, a special effort made to leave the property impeccably clean after every single day of work, and the company’s willingness to repeatedly change it’s schedule to accommodate endless delays coming from our end of things. Special thanks to Andrew and Nick, true magicians, for their eternally cheerful and courteous disposition and for their uncontested success at transforming our soggy and sad backyard into our favorite “part of the house”.

Jeffery and his team did a total make-over of my small walled back garden in Kits. The original concrete space has been converted into an urban oasis with a deck situated to make the most of the limited sun that the garden receives, a stone path with spaces for moss plantings between the stones and more than double my previous planting area. The team was a total dream to work with, starting with Jeffrey's first visit when he listened to my ideas, and continuing through to his final wrap-up visit to make sure I was happy. Once the project started, Johnny and his guys showed up every day, all day, throughout some pretty miserable November weather. No disappearing work crews half-way through a project. They all demonstrated such integrity, patience and belief in their work. It was a complete pleasure from start to finish.

In March 2019, we hired Craine Projects to replant and refresh our backyard. I had some general ideas and met with Jeff Craine and his head horticulturist to discuss our options. Once we decided on the scope of the project, Kathryne, the office manager arranged a convenient time to start and within a few days, it was completed. We are very happy with the finished product and look forward to spending much more time in our new backyard this spring and summer. I would recommend Craine Projects for your landscaping projects. They were great to deal with, kept us informed during the process, and we love our new backyard. Update - November 2020 - We have enjoyed our new backyard so much we wanted to increase the size of our patio, so we contacted Craine Projects to extend our patio. It was a relatively simple project for their two-man crew and they were able to complete it one morning. We are very happy with the finished project. Great job! We have and will continue to recommend Jeff and his company to our friends.

Complete redo of my backyard with large paved area, retaining wall and natural stone steps. Very good result with meticulous care for the finer details. Jeffrey and crew were very accommodating. An unexpected drainage problem which led to unanticipated repairs was handled without fuss or bother. Would definitely recommend Craine Projects.

Jeff was excellent to deal with. He had great ideas and came in on budget. We felt that he and his crew worked very hard for us. And he was well connected with other trades when they were needed.

Commented: Pergola Cover?Hi, great question. It is 1/4'' laminated safety glass, mounted using an extruded aluminum 'T' bar system. The glass also has a bronze tint. It is snow load rated and will actually support a person. ...
