Jenn has a wonderful eye for plant material and balanced design. She's made a great name for herself creating beautifully unique container designs throughout Vancouver and Victoria. Anyone looking for thoughtful, creative container designs, she's your designer!

Jennifer Lasko, owner of Modpots, has designed and installed the plantings on our decks for the past 4 years. In choosing plants, she draws upon her knowledge, experience, artistic design sense, and practical perspective to make excellent choices. Initially she chose planters, in sizes, shapes, styles, and colours, that reflect and complement our indoor design and decor. Jen is so upbeat and just great to work with. Throughout the season, she checks with me to find out how my plants are doing and give me tips to keep them healthy and beautiful. I plan to continue to hire Modpots annually to do the plantings on my decks.

Jennifer Lasko assisted us with the renovation of the planters and plants on the terrace of our Vancouver condo in the summer of 2017. Our condo has a large 1000 square foot terrace and when we purchased the condo it came with a collection of uninspired and over grown planters and plants. Jennifer took the time to understand our tastes and how we wanted to use the terrace. We even visited several garden supply centres together so we could discuss what different styles of planters and what plants were available. Then she provided us with an overall design for the renovation of the terrace that included planters, arrangements and plants to complement the way we used the terrace. Jennifer delivered all of the new planters, plants and supplies to our condo and was willing to have us help as much or as little as we wanted. She also took away of the old planters and plants as part of her work. Visitors never fail to comment on how beautiful the terrace looks and of course we know that the credit goes to Jennifer’s design and hard work.
