NAB construction helped us complete a full redesign of our backyard. Nate was always available for questions and checked in with us more then once a week in person, in addition to our project manager who was on site daily. They helped us stay on budget and completed the project within the original timeline discussed. We are so happy with our new backyard and would highly recommend using NAB!

Nate was very easy to work with. He took my vision of a perfect backyard and actually made it better! He proposed great ideas and within my budget. His men worked very fast and finished ahead of schedule. I have used Nate for yard work twice in two years and he never disappoints me!

Our project involved adding a driveway to our front yard and addressing a drainage issue. I researched four contractors and received estimates from each. From the beginning, Nate from NAB Construction stood out. He was the only one who followed up on his quote and was flexible in meeting with my husband and me when we made changes to the project. He quickly updated the estimate and gave us a new price on the spot. While his quote was reasonable, what impressed us most was Nate’s genuine desire to help. Although this was likely a small project for NAB Construction, they never made us feel that way. We shared our concerns about the drainage and provided photos of the issues. Our start date was delayed a few days due to rain, but Nate’s crew began shortly after. They worked diligently, were always responsive to our questions, and offered helpful recommendations when we asked. Nate was also easily accessible via email, phone, and text. When we encountered a permitting issue with the County, Nate quickly intervened and provided the necessary documentation to avoid delays. Whenever adjustments were needed during the project, Nate and his crew promptly made changes to accommodate our requests. The work was completed on time, within the original quote, and with no unexpected costs. Since the project’s completion, Nate has followed up to ensure everything is going well. I’m confident that if any issues arise in the future, Nate, being a man of his word, will take care of them for us. I could not imagine using anyone else for our future projects.

Nate Biron of NAB Construction restored our 110-foot 100-year-old driveway with pavers and rebuilt our retaining wall, drainage channel, steps, and walkway. NAB Construction successfully completed a large landscaping project at my home. Nate and his team worked closely with the landscape architect. Included were two retaining walls which were blended into the hardscape. There also was a new long path and seating area done in pavers and concrete, cedar benches, a new driveway in pavers and new front steps. The lot is on the side of a hill which made the work perhaps more challenging but there were no problems. The workmanship was high quality, efficient, conscientious, and friendly.

NAB Construction rebuilt our long and steep driveway on a hillside. They stabilized the driveway with piers and retaining walls and this was done quickly considering there were a few surprises once the old driveway was removed. Our driveway is now strong and solid. In addition, NAB's crew was extremely respectful of our neighbors. We live on a very small/narrow road and neighbors were always able to pass even when cement was being delivered. Also, NAB's communication was great. We would receive daily updates and Nate was available day or night for questions/concerns. Not only is our driveway sound, but NAB added lighting for our driveway and our yard. It looks fantastic. I will definitely be using NAB Construction again.

Our experience working with Nate and his crew was exceptional! Nate helped us with our backyard & courtyard area which involved demo of large area of stamped concrete from the prior homeowners. Pros: - incredibly responsive via email & text - his crew was always on time, arrived on the days they were supposed to be on-site and worked incredibly fast but very good about not leaving messes behind - Nate was great with talking through design ideas/concepts with us and offering suggestions. He was incredibly patient with us during the initial meetings with him to finalize the the project before signing the contract. He really took the time to explain the process to us in detail which we appreciated. - Nate was on-site to oversee the project and that it was running smoothly which I believe helped to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction & within the timeframe he quoted. He was very hands on throughout the project which my husband and I really appreciated. I don't really have any "cons" while working with Nate on our project. We look forward to working with Nate & his team again in the near future and would highly recommend him.

Wonderful first experience with this company!!!! We had a large job tearing out most of our backyard and replacing with pavers and a large poured concrete pad. Everything went incredibly smoothly and ON TIME!!!!!!!!! The owner Nate was INCREDIBLY responsive to any inquiries I sent by text or email; he would literally get back to me the same day every time I reached out. He was patient and listened very carefully to our concerns and desired and made to whole process as effortless and stress-free as possible. We plan to use this company again in the next few months for a trenching project and for our backyard lighting. I was so happy that I placed my confidence in Nate and he was there every step of the way. All of the other construction companies that we had over for estimates seemed unfocused/overworked and unsure on their timelines for my project. Then NAB came and it was clear that customer service was a priority and when you were given dates of a project they intended to keep themselves available for you on the dates chosen. Thank You NAB for making a big project a great experience!

I have a small house with a small backyard that is really more like a courtyard, this space is a true extension of our home so deciding what to do with it was a big decision. I interviewed several paver companies and contractors for the work. It came down to NAB and another popular paving company. I chose NAB because Nate is highly knowledgeable about the entire process, incredibly communicative , responsive, professional and a great value. He patiently worked with me as I wanted a custom pattern which his guys implemented as I envisioned. The courtyard looks fantastic. His guys were nice and worked very hard and quick, getting it done in a weeks time. The only thing I would change is the planting areas where I grow vegetables should have been covered, I underestimated the amount of dust/debris that i'd have to rub off the kale, lime and lemon tree leaves. So if you have any edibles, do protect them. They did move all my heavy blueberry and herb pots out of the area and I intentionally didn't plant much once I knew we were moving forward so it wasn't too bad but still a hassle. I would definitely recommend Nate to friends and neighbors as they will not be disappointed.

Nate was easy to talk to, stayed in constant communication with us, was always prompt, and his team worked fast and efficiently. More importantly, we love how our driveway and front yard path turned out with pavers. We would definitely work with him again for future projects.

We felt we should have known NAB Construction Inc earlier! Nate Biron, the owner of NAB Construction Inc, is very responsive and punctual. His communication is unheard of in the field of constructions. We NEVER had such a contractor who could respond to us days and nights, and even weekends! Nate gave us a docusign to inform us of the cost and duration of the work. Every time additional cost arose, eg., we asked for a playground pad and it was not originally mentioned in the work, he gave us the additional cost prior to proceeding so we wouldn't get a surprise at the end. His communication/explanation was very professional and thorough. The work itself is top notch. His crews worked hard from early in the morning till the evening every day. We had about a 700 sq concrete yard and wanted to turn it into an artificial turf so our kids can play. The concrete was pretty thick and wired throughout. They removed it all within a couple of days and even smoothed out the concrete surface that was vertical to the yard. And the best part of this was that they finished the work in 5 days!!! Can you imagine having the work done in 5 days??? Our other landscape jobs have been taking over a year and it's still not done yet. When they were done with the job, they cleaned up all the wastes and their belongings that no single nails or debris left on the site. It is such a pleasant way to complete the work. We are planning to have a backyard make-over and we will be happy to ask NAB Construction Inc. to come back again to work with us on the future project. HIGHLY recommended!

Nate was great to work with and his crew was excellent as well. We just moved in and have a few projects ongoing with different contractors. NAB had the biggest project by far and managed to finish first. Super happy with the results, and excited to make use of our new patio/yard once it warms up.

Remodeled our front yard with a Bocce Court and lighted paver walkway. They did a great job that turned out better than I expected. They are honest and hardworking folks!

Nab construction is one of the best construction compagnies i have worked with. I am a designer and also just completed a full remodel due to a pre-pandemic fire. My final project was to redo and fix the concrete retaining wall that holds a slopped front yard and stairs to my house , which sits above the street. I saw their work down the street at a neighbor’s -friend and was already impressed, They came out as soon as contacted them and they gave me a few estimates as there were several areas to fix. Working with my budget they assured me that they could work on the main section in the time line I needed. In just one week they completed the work. Extra staffed the crew on my project. It was AMAZING!! Speed and the quality of the work is to perfection, seamless cleanup post work as well I communicated with Nate, he was so incredibly professional and so nice to work with. .Punctual and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend NAB!!!

Nate and his crew were great! The crew was always on time and were very respectful of my property and family when they were coming and going. In addition they always cleaned up and left the job site neat and tidy. I was extremely appreciative of Nate and how attentive he was to our project. The communication was top notch. He was always very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We did an entire backyard remodel and are even happier than we expected with the final project. I would recommend NAB to anyone with a backyard project big or small.

NAB crew were amazing. Nate was fantastic to work with being responsive, fair, and actually on site every day. A crew of 6 workers were diligent and skilled and always moving. They went from demolition to fully complete wall (with French drain) in two and a half days! And when they found an additional roof drain they connected that up for free! Our friends commented on how great it looked asked for their number to do concrete work on their houses. (which we gladly gave to them) If you need fast, quality concrete/outdoor hardscaping work at a fair price, NAB is the one to call!

We had our driveway and front walkway done with pavers by NAB construction. The price was fair, the work excellent, communication great, and all done quickly! Very happy with the project.

Our backyard was a mess of weeds and such. NAB had the fastest turnaround for our project and best price for our project! Nate was responsive and easy to get a hold of. His crew worked fast and cleaned up so well it was like they were never there. They even finished our project 2 days ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend!

We had artificial grass put on our front yard. This company did an excellent job! It took them 3 days, from start to finish, and the end result is pristine. They were very organized and neat. Definitely would use them again!

NAB Construction did a great job for me. They were supposed to only install pavers for our driveway but they did such a great job that we hired them again to construct our retaining wall, as well as extending the driveway. The managing director streamlined the whole process and was always available whenever we reached out to him.

I am very happy with how my driveway and walkway have turned out. The price was fair compared to other companies and they were able to finish the job within the timeframe that I had requested.

NAB Construction did an excellent job with our projects. We initially hired NAB Construction to install pavers for our driveway. They did such an outstanding job that we hired them again to construct our retaining wall, as well as extend the driveway. Nader coordinated all aspects of the projects and was always available whenever we reached out to him.

We just completed our second job by NAB Construction, and once again we are completely satisfied with the results. This was a very difficult install as they had to transport all debris and materials through our townhome as we are attached on both sides. Other companies will not do this. No damage done and they assured me if any incidents happened to occur, they would take care of it. Nader was courteous and kind through it all. I would do this over in a heartbeat. We are 100% satisfied.

NAB construction does beautiful work! When I drive up to our house I can't believe it's the same house. We decided to go with NAB construction because Nader seemed so knowledgeable and confidant during our first meeting. We walked around our property and talked in detail about what we would like to have done. He took notes and soon we had an estimate and an image of our house with a digital rendering of how the property would look after the project was completed. This was a big project and included demolition and complete replacement of the concrete with pavers, pool revision (new tile/coping and walls ) new turf, irrigation, fencing and a pergola. The NAB team was here onsite everyday (Monday-Friday) working hard to get our project completed. It was so exciting to drive up each day and see the progress. The construction crew always cleaned up before they left and the tools and equipment that were left were always neat and tidy. Nader was onsite most mornings and was happy to walk around with me and answer any questions. He was also quick to answer my phone calls. When the project was completed Nader and I did a final walk though. Only after he knew that I was completely satisfied did he send me an invoice for the final payment. There were no change orders along the way or any surprises with the final invoice. The amount on the contract that we signed at the start of the project was the amount that we paid. This was a great experience from start to finish. If I have another project in the future, I won't get any other bids. I will hire NAB construction.

NAB Construction did an excellent job with our project. We wanted to replace our existing concrete driveway with pavers and install new pavers and artificial grass in the backyard. Nader showed us different designs and materials and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer our questions and checked up on his crew every day. Everyone in the team was very professional and easy to deal with, and they completed the project right on schedule. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

My wife and I initially did not believe the timeline that was provided for the scope of work that needed to be done (1/3 an acre, combination of pavers, turf; requiring steps and work around columns). But Nader and the folks at NAB construction stuck to the deadline and completed the work on schedule. We were equally impressed at the attention to detail -- with Nader as project lead constantly reviewing the plans with his team to make sure the specifications were as discussed.
