I would use Proscapes again and can recommend them to others. At my initial contact, they asked for a $100 refundable payment before sending out a professional designer. I hesitated for a moment, and then realized they can't waste resources on folks who quite possibly have no intention of ever doing a project. Mere curiosity seekers, should avail themselves of those who place no value on their time. Quite possibly "free design services" accurately reflect their value. Proscapes started and finished my project on time and on budget. I had them remove my entire yard, front and rear including shrubs. They did extensive grading, an elevation change, & installed a swale. They then did seeding and installed new shrubs. The quality of their workmanship is second to none! This is made possible by having equipment which others may not. Not only is having all of the best equipment important, having the most highly skilled operators provides optimum results. While all of the above is essential, the worker's communication skills are superb! Quite frankly upon completion of the project, you feel as if you have made some great friends. This includes office support. Thanks making our project an absolute pleasure.

We wanted rain water to drain away from our house because we are on a hill and our house is on a concrete slab. Proscapes was supposed put a swale in the ground that sits higher than our house. Next to the house, they were supposed to incline the dirt so water flows to the street. Now, the swale is pouring water back towards our house and not towards the street. Water is pooling next to our foundation. When I reached out to Bob, he had the audacity to tell me that things were working perfectly. We used Proscapes because Bob told us he can direct the water away from our foundation. We did not want large puddles of standing water next to the house. I attached a photo of what they said they would do. Green arrows show where the water is supposed to go. Red shows how the water is actually pooling back towards the house. Completely irresponsible! Very unfortunate customer service response from Bob Wambach. He's not here to see the water flow back to our house. He may use lasers to level the ground a he claims, but he obviously did not get it right this time and will claim no responsibility. Will not use them again. Will never recommend them. Highly unprofessional. Save your money and please go elsewhere! Water is NOT supposed to be next to the foundation. Don't let him tell you otherwise. He's so condescending.

The project in our yard was envisioned to expand our outdoor spaces for entertaining. We added over 1400 sq. ft. of patio. From the conversation area around a large gas fire pit to the upper patio with an expansive bar area connecting our hot tub area to the spaces was a total success. We get excited every time guest come over. Our yard is now an entertainment destination! The crews worked hard and showed the highest level of professionalism even when we had design changes as worked progressed.

I initially contacted 3 landscape companies to obtain bids for hardscape and planting plans. I have to admit, Proscapes was low on the list at first, not really having too much information about them. They quickly moved up my list due to prompt communication and detail of project plans. We scheduled the main work to be done in June, and although much rain fell, they remained on schedule. Their work was highly professional and any modifications were met with acceptance and speed. We wanted additional plantings after the initial project and that portion was recently completed with the same professional performance. I would definitely have Proscapes back again for additional work and would highly recommend them.

My home's lower level suffered water damage following a flood in our area. I discovered the water was getting into the house because the landscape had settled over the years and was too low near the house. Proscapes' designer, Bob, skillfully planned a regrading of the landscape on the side of my house where water had gotten in. He checked the areas surrounding the rest of the house as well and suggested some ideas to improve drainage there as well. Bob answered all of my questions as they came up. The team, led by Chad, was personable, hard working and very efficient. We have not had any more water in the lower level since the work was completed. I am very satisfied with the project. The side yard looks great and we are delighted to be dry indoors again. I would use Proscapes again and recommend them readily to anyone with a landscape project.

Proscapes rebuilt my retention walls. They were great to work with and did a fantastic job. They came in under budget.

From the moment I walked into their office, said hello, and shook their hands, I knew that this would be the company of my choice. All through the consults and measurements and designs and explanation of the project, there is calm and focus and professionalism. The people who were part of this project were very skilled, efficient, and very much a personable team. I am ever pleased with the process we outlined together, and very pleased with the final result. This was not one of the most demanding and creative jobs, but they treated me like I was really somebody who mattered and I feel very appreciated. I envision hiring them someday to redo the front entrance to my house. Wouldn't look anywhere else.
