“We had an amazing experience with MJS Landscaping. We were referred to the company by a friend (who also happens to be an employee at MJS). Tracy, our designer, walked us through the entire process with professionalism and grace. She was available whenever we needed her and always responded to our questions in a timely fashion. She took our vision (a couple who has never built a new home/had to do landscaping before) and made it reality. Even when we needed to cut a few items to stay within budget - she worked with us to make it happen. Ruben and his crew were wonderful to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were also wonderful about keeping the site as neat as possible. Our finished project exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Tracy and MJS Landscaping to anyone needing landscaping services.”

“Aspen Garden and Landscape did excellent work designing and building a brick patio for my backyard. The owner Eric Jacobson was great to work with. In the design phase, Eric listened to my ideas for the space and made smart suggestions. My backyard gently slopes toward the house so he had the idea to build a small wall and garden area into the slope. It was a great design. In the build phase, Eric really put in the time to make sure everything came together the way that it was supposed to. As an added bonus, Eric did a great job improving the landscape. He picked plants that are easy to maintain and look great. Cost was reasonable and transparent. Eric itemized his bid and his invoice so I knew exactly what I was paying for. My wife and I love the finished product. We get lots of compliments from friends and neighbors. We recommended Eric to several friends and they all report similarly great work. I highly recommend you consider Aspen Garden and Landscape if you are looking to do an outdoor project.”

“Matt Wieneke did a complex driveway project for us which included adding a massive rock garden wall with stone steps and a paver driveway. “After many years of wrestling with DIY landscaping in my rather unruly yard, I decided to hire a professional to help. I wanted a master plan that utilized native plants and species that were compatible with the conditions in my yard and were beautiful and easy to maintain. I wanted more privacy and an area of "sanctuary" that incorporated both soft and hardscaping elements. John Gishnock and Formecology provided me with just that: *A beautiful master plan that was generated from John's careful listening and clarifying my vision for the project, how I planned to use the space, the budget I had allowed, and time I would need to devote for ongoing maintenance. *Flexibility in phasing the project and hiring contractors to implement the plan. In my case, Formecolgy installed all softscape features, and some of the hardscape. *The result is beautiful! Overall, I found Formecolgy to be ethical and timely in communication, professional, accurate in estimated cost, highly skilled with great attention to detail, a pleasure to work with, and beautiful results!”

“From the moment I walked into their office, said hello, and shook their hands, I knew that this would be the company of my choice. All through the consults and measurements and designs and explanation of the project, there is calm and focus and professionalism. The people who were part of this project were very skilled, efficient, and very much a personable team. I am ever pleased with the process we outlined together, and very pleased with the final result. This was not one of the most demanding and creative jobs, but they treated me like I was really somebody who mattered and I feel very appreciated. I envision hiring them someday to redo the front entrance to my house. Wouldn't look anywhere else.”

“Tom and the Ground Affects team were great! We have used them for our landscaping needs in the past and have been very happy. This time they worked on our very sad lakeside lot. Terraces, walls, steps and plantings were done perfectly! Tom worked diligently with the DNR and county on all plans and their requirements for revisions. Our lot is very steep to the lake and he had to coordinate bringing the materials and equipment in on a barge. Needless to say, this whole project was extremely difficult. Our "after picture" is so much more than 100 times better then our "before picture." I have been and will be recommending Ground Affects Landscaping to anyone I know who needs work done. Love, Love, Love the job they did!!”
