We had a wonderful experience working with Thomas Landscapes! They helped us design and install partial fencing to create a safe and separated space in our backyard for both our kids and dogs, and it turned out even better than we imagined. The layout feels open while still giving us peace of mind. They also incorporated beautiful hardscape elements that really elevated the entire yard—a clean, well-designed patio area and pretty walkways that tied everything together. It looks amazing and also makes the space much more functional for everyday use as well as all the family gatherings. They also recommended to install some lighting that could add that cozy feel to the backyard and boy, am I happy that we went for it! The gorgeous ambient lighting completely transformed the space! It adds such a warm, inviting feel in the evenings—it’s literally our favorite place to relax and spend time with the kids especially now that it’s getting warmer. We were so tired of the weeds and the renters weren't taking the trash cans to the side yard. this the third time we have had them do concrete for us and we are always impressed by the speed and professionalism! Extremely Disappointing Experience with Thomas Landscaping We hired Thomas Landscaping to pour concrete in November 2023, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Within weeks, the concrete color was clearly wrong. When we raised the issue, we were told it was “still curing.” That same excuse continued for months. Over the next year, we sent countless emails, photos, and follow-ups. Each time, we received vague responses or broken promises. Independent contractors later confirmed the discoloration would not fix itself, contradicting what Thomas Landscaping repeatedly claimed. It took nearly 10 months before someone finally admitted the color would never change. Attempts to “lighten” it failed, and no real solution was ever provided. Their insurance even denied coverage due to improper subcontractor documentation — a major red flag about how this business operates. We eventually had to hire another contractor to redo the entire project, costing $47,000 out of pocket. After repeated legal attempts to settle, Thomas Landscaping only offered $5,000. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and unwilling to take accountability. I strongly advise avoiding Thomas Landscaping.

Thomas Landscapes was recommended to me by more than a few people on a local community page when I inquired about getting some yard work done, our property needed a lot of love, Sean came and did a comprehensive walk-through for our space, our yard has half an acre of hillside that we don’t do much with, along with a backyard that had been neglected. He had several notes and helped me come up with a low maintenance design for the back yard hillside, in the usable back yard space Thomas Landscapes put in a new irrigation system, along with some new plants and concrete area to actually enjoy the yard space! We loved what he did so much a few months later we had him come back and transform our front yard. I recommend Thomas landscapes to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional landscape company to assist you with your needs! He was priced fairly and kept in communication to answer all of my questions and concerns as the project developed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired Thomas Landscaping to pour concrete in November 2023, and it’s been one long chain of excuses and frustration ever since. By December, we noticed the concrete color was completely wrong. When we contacted them, we were told it was “still curing.” That same excuse continued for months — even nine months later! Despite countless emails, texts, and photos, nothing was done. After consulting several independent contractors, we learned the issue was likely caused by moisture during the winter pour — and that it would never correct itself. When their own concrete rep finally admitted the same, they still didn’t take responsibility. Their insurance refused to cover the work because of missing paperwork and uninsured subcontractors. In the end, we paid $47,000 to have the entire job redone ourselves. Their “settlement” offer? $5,000. This experience has been exhausting, expensive, and incredibly disappointing. Please save yourself the stress and money — avoid Thomas Landscaping at all costs.

I wasn't sure what 8 was looking for, so he came up with a few ideas (all of them wonderful) and I couldn't be happier Sean is very reasonable, prompt, no hassle, no nonsense.
