Trek Movers

Do not sign anything at the end of the move unless you have walked into the truck and personally laid eyes on, and touched, the packing materials in the truck. I arrived at my home with missing items. Specifically, a living room area rug and table legs from a desk. It has been extremely difficult to convince this company to simply look for the items. The move was over a month ago and they have been trying to convince me that I am wrong and somehow overlooked a rug that was very large. Their story is that they put this large area rug (at least six feet wide) and table legs in a box and left it in the garage. But their own story reveals problems we had with the move. They took furniture items apart, such as two desks and a coat rack, and did not put them back together. We had to spend a lot of time assembling pieces these pieces of furniture. In my previous move, they did not break down furniture unless absolutely necessary, and all disassembled items were reassembled. The organized thing to do would be to package the table legs with the table, not throw them in a random box. When I asked the person on the phone why a living room floor rug and furniture would be in the garage (instead of the living room), he did not have a clear answer. This reveals our other problem. The movers did not consistently put items back in the correct place. This is understandable for a few boxes, but I spent time going up and down stairs re-moving obviously marked boxes at the new house after they left - for example, boxes marked "kitchen" were in bedrooms. Also, we never even packed this rug in a box given its size. I am so confused why they wouldn't have just rolled it up and put it in the truck. I explained to customer service that if the rug was in a box, the company must have left their own packing materials at our house, because we do not have a box that can fit it. Again, no clear response from them on this point. But the worst is that when I told them we don't have the rug, they chose not to believe me. They have dismissed my concern every step of the way. It is more convenient to say that we signed the form and their logistical processes make it impossible. But it is possible. The rug is not here. I called the company the day after the move, and then waited over a month since the move I wanted to make sure that the whole house was unpacked. I have been trying to work with them during this past week. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before making this review. But I am tired of this company trying to gaslight me into thinking this rug is at my house. It is not. It is an item that is simply too big to overlook. So if anyone used this company after early June and now has a large new area rug in their home, please let me know. Our floor looks bare now and I really miss it.

AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!!!! Horrible experience! They quoted me half the time they took / I’m missing multiple important items / they couldn’t in pack and just dropped off boxes in the main room. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME 2x the INITIAL QUOTE!! Avoid avoid avoid!! Don’t trust them - or you’ll have the same experience as I did.

They did an awesome job!!! We were quoted 2 days and they did it in half the time with just 2 people packing. The house wasn't very organized to begin with and they still knocked it out of the park in a very organized manner. I was really impressed and they were very nice and respectful. Awesome company and super customer service!!!

Moving is always stressful, but Trek Movers made it fairly painless. We were moving half a block and booked the movers a week beforehand. They made up for it in efficiency. They packed, boxed, and moved all of our stuff to our new place. I would definitely use them again!

I used Shea about a month ago and regret not posting this sooner. The job they did was superb. They treated our stuff like it was their own and they worked hard in an efficient and methodical way. No hanky-panky with quotes or charges. I trust them and I will use them again. This is how every company should operate in every industry - with honesty and integrity.

Trek Movers were Amazing! They're very nice on the phone. Their initial pitch is that they're competitively priced. They don't mention numerous up charges, until after you've signed up. They are efficient and friendly.They took great care with my things and got the job done so well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Trek Movers and the crew literally "rocked" when they moved us this week. All the guys were so polite, professional and extremely accommodating. They were neat, organized and fast. They will also come to your house to give you an estimate before you move. Highly Recommend!

Trek Movers provided great customer service. I particularly was impressed with how thoroughly they wrapped our furniture prior to moving it. While moving can sometimes be a stressful experience, the movers at Trek Movers helped things feel much less so. Did a great job would definitely recommend them. Highly Recommend!

Trek Movers were very quick to pack everything not leaving behind any unused paper or plastic sheets. My move went smoothly from beginning to end. From the packers to the driver and the crew, my expectations were exceeded. This was the easiest, most competent move I have ever completed. I would gladly use again and recommend!
