Bella's Army

Ruined my interior doors, all of them are chipping, and had major problems from start to finish. Too many to type. Do not hire this company.

I would not recommend using Bella's Army Painting. The crew that Brian sent to our house did a very unprofessional job. They left our house a mess each day; didn't cover furniture; got paint on the floors/carpet and furniture; left paint drip marks on the doors/wall; and the paint was applied unevenly on the walls. The doors they painted would stick when closed, so the paint kept peeling off. The first crew was in our house for 2 weeks. Brian sent another crew out to fix the mess from the first crew. Aaron and Bernard did the best they could given the situation. If you don't get Aaron and Bernard assigned to do your job, then I would not recommend using Bella's Army.

We had a two week timeline for painters to complete the entire interior of our home as well as refinishing our railings. After meeting with Brian, he assured us that his team of professionals would be able to meet our deadline without issue. However, the crew that came into our house was not professional. They did not cover our floors, and the lead painter actually told our contractor that it wasn’t their responsibility to do so. We ended up with paint on the hardwood throughout our home, paint on the carpets, and ruined tile grout from them stripping wallpaper without covering the floors. Many areas were left with thin spots and wavy paint lines, and the railings were left as a tacky mess that didn’t match our floors. We learned that the people in our house had been subcontracted out and didn’t usually work in residences. This was unacceptable, and Brian knew it, so he had four members of his actual crew (Lou, Joe, Joey, Travis) come in to fix the issues created by the other crew. This work was done after our timeline, which meant that they needed to work in our house while we were unpacking and moving in. It wasn’t ideal, but we didn’t have any other options. I wish the guys who were brought on to fix things would have been the original people in our house because they were great. After two weeks of them being in our home, my husband and I decided to take on fixing the rest of the mistakes ourselves because we wanted to live in our house without anyone else in it.

Bella's Army was great to work with. Brian gave me a great quote broken down exactly how I asked, so that I was clearly able to determine the scope of the project that best fit our budget. Lexus and Debbie were our painters - they were diligent, kind, and happily touched up any areas I asked them to throughout the project. Also, we have 100+ year old pine floors in our house that are always a bit of a concern for me as they scratch easily, but the crew was great about being cautious and gentle (moving furniture and making sure no rocks in tread of shoes, etc.) . Overall, they did great a job, and I am happy to recommend them.

We had our house painted by Bella's Army last summer and over the winter we had a huge rain storm that knocked a bunch of trees on our roof and house. When the insurance adjustor came out to look at the damage, he agreed that the only thing that looked good after the storm was the paint job on the outside of our house. Thanks, Bella's Army, for doing such a high quality job.

We contracted Bella’s Army to clean and paint gutters and house trim at my Dad’s house. Brian and his team were very professional and extremely helpful. Their prices were affordable and Brian was flexible when we needed to add items to the project. Brian kept us updated on the progress throughout the whole project. Bella’s Army paid attention to all of the details and the finished project looked great!

Bella's Army came in and did a wonderful job. They are extremely hard working and kept client satisfaction top of mind. It was a commercial space and they were respectful of the other tenants in the building. I would highly recommend them!

Brian and the Bella's Army Team was extremely professional, courteous and went above and beyond during our kitchen color change. Brian came out and measured and wrote a detailed proposal of rooms discussed, brought color pallet and we scheduled our job. They were meticulous! We are VERY PLEASED with the job! They are already going to come back and do outside job as well!
