This review is not for any work completed, but is based upon an estimate only. We are sorry that we did not meet the customers estimate expectations. We are not even sure exactly what some of this review is referring to. After a professional estimate was completed we were under the impression from the customer that the customer wanted to proceed with the work. All of our proposals/contracts are signed electronically through the industry standard Docusign program - that must be what is referred to as web form to sign. He notified us that a gutter company would not be able to do work on his home until Dec. so painting would happen in 2018. The customer never informed us that the trim scope of work wasn't what he asked for. We are sorry if we missed something. We are not sure we understand the "contract negotiation" remark. Typically, once we create a proposal and set a price for the customer we don't have a lot of negotiation of the price. Ultimately, there is no need to stay away from CertaPro Painters. We have great reviews across multiple sites having been in business for 13 years reflected from the thousands of customers that have used our services throughout the greater Inland Empire area.
