Very horrible company to deal with, DO NOT USE!!! We scheduled an appointment over a week out for early this Saturday morning (today) to have crown molding installed. I texted Ana on Friday to confirm our appointment for the next morning. It was at this point that Ana notified me that they could not come at the time originally agreed upon. She told me that they would be able to come sometime in the late afternoon and that she would call me when the crew was on the way to my house. After taking the entire day off work to wait for them, the company never showed up and they never even called to notify me. What kind of company would do that to their customers? This clearly proves that they have no respect for their customers. I wonder what kind of excuses they would try to make up for having no consideration for their customers time. Very poor business practices. At this point, I am thankful they were not in my home because they clearly have no respect for their customers and their homes.

They were very professional. They measured the rooms and provided us with an estimate for the work. They arrived as scheduled, worked carefully, caulked, painted and completed the work in one day. Several of the rooms have vaulted ceilings and multiple angles and the moldings look fantastic. They listened to our concerns and we are very happy with the work.
