The whole process from start to finish with Paint Denver was very smooth. We had a quote in early summer but were not able to start the project of a full exterior repaint until early autumn due to our own circumstances. We had our Victorian bungalow in Sunnyside, Denver repaired and repainted. I loved that they had a specialist paint consultant to help us with color selection and we had several conversations with the team prior to the job being started. Kent was easy to discuss required changes with and the on-site team were friendly and professional. The job included spray washing the entire house, repair to old shingles and painting the exterior. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a tasteful and efficient exterior paint job!

This was our second experience with denver paint for major jobs. In the fall they painted our first floor and last week they did our decks which are expansive. Both times we had Ivan as our main contact. He was amazing. Responsive to our questions, answered phone calls immediately and helped walk us through issues with understanding and good cheer. I highly recommend Paint Denver. We were recommended to them by a neighbor and now I know why. They keep you up to date from the minute you hire them for the job until the job is completed and then beyond that. They answered all questions I had and recommended the type of paint for our deck. They did a great job scraping and repainting our deck, painting our siding after replacing some boards, and painted all trim, all due to hail damage. Afterwards we noticed a small area bubbling on the deck and they scheduled a follow up immediately and repaired it. We worked with Rob who is super nice and his crew was friendly and professional, and cleaned up after the job. I would hire them again.

His crew engaged with us from the very start, outlining their process and ensuring we understood what to expect on the day of painting. They arrived promptly, reviewed our plans, and got straight to work. Juan, their foreman, was incredibly helpful with my questions and paid close attention to the work his crew was doing. I also requested a small repair that hadn't been discussed beforehand, and Juan took it on without complaint, completing the repair perfectly. Not all teams are as flexible! They finished painting, cleaned up, and were gone by 6:30 at the latest. You won't be disappointed if you hire Paint Denver - I'll certainly use them again!

Paint Denver was excellent from start to finish. I had my house repainted and deck refinished via an insurance claim. Rob was very responsive from the get go. He took tons of extra pictures to submit to insurance in areas that my initial claim didn't mention. This part alone took the extra stress off of me. Paint Denver painted my house after hail storm damage. They were referred by Sky Manor the company who replaced my roof. They worked directly with the insurance company, explained each step to me, and set my expectations clearly. The crew who came out to paint was fantastic. The job took three days for power washing, painting, and staining fences. The foreman Junior planned and organized everything very well, answered my questions, explained a handful choices to be made along the way, and made sure the entire job went smoothly. It was easy to see that everyone on his crew (Chris, Nelson, Carlos, and one other) were experienced expert painters. At one point I had given them a wrong paint code but they noticed it because they did test strokes before painting or staining a new area. The problem was corrected quickly. I recommend and endorse Paint Denver.

Unfortunately we dealt with hail damage! New paint new life! Denver doesn’t mean just the area! We are so thrown over the hill with our new old home! We highly recommend Paint Denver, we had such a great experience having them paint our house this summer. Rob came out and gave us our estimate which was very competitive with two other companies we got estimates from, but was by far the best initial meeting; he was honest, straight-forward, efficient and not pushy at all. Scheduling our job was easy and they were only scheduling a couple weeks out, so the whole process was completed very quickly. Paint Denver delivered as promised. Last fall we decided to have the exterior siding and trim painted on our older brick home sometime after winter and called several companies to receive bids. We chose Paint Denver for their competitive bid and good reviews, then we sat back and waited for Spring to arrive while we looked at colors and emailed photos to their color consultant, Christina at Spiral Designs. At last, the skies cleared and temperatures warmed and the painting began. Our house was transformed as the siding and trim were cleaned, prepped and expertly painted. We needed Paint Denver to repaint our entire ceiling as well as fix some areas of texturing. Being that our ceiling covers the ENTIRE first floor and, from the front door, you can see the sun shining across the entire surface, it was a tricky job. Patching and then painting can be easily seen if not done correctly. Trust us. We had our contractor bring out 2 painters who both botched the job. Goyo is a master at texturing and he and Juan did a great job of spraying and backrolling to cover previous attempts to fix the ceiling and make it look brand new. They took great pride in their work and caring for our home. They also cleaned up all the plastic and dust from the job. We highly recommend Paint Denver for any job, but especially if you want truly quality work.

We used Paint Denver to paint a 30’x90’ Metal Quonset Hut on our property and after that went so well we brought them back to paint our house and garage. We received eight quotes from local painting companies for the two-bed, two-bath condo my Fiancée and I purchased. Paint Denver was in the middle of the road when it came to price, but they had the availability we needed, and after meeting with Rob, who provided the estimate, I felt I could trust them with our project. Rob was not pushy, provided good information, and responded immediately to inquiries. Cesar and Junior arrived early for the job, and I walked them through the project. It seems that Paint Denver did not communicate the room paint choices as I had to explain to Cesar and Junior multiple times which paint was going on which walls. We were quoted 3 to 4 days, but Junior and the guys finished in just two days! When completing the walkthrough, the condo looked great with a new coat of paint. Gone were the previous owner's purple and blue walls, and it was starting to feel like home. Although after letting the paint fully dry, we began to notice imperfections. We planned to replace all the outlet covers and wanted to clean all the air vents, so we asked them not to put them back on after painting. When we looked around, we noticed that a few vents and outlets were still on the walls, and the team did not paint behind them. There were also a few holes where nails or screws previously were that were not filled with spackle and instead were just painted over. We reached out to Rob, sending him photos of the imperfections, and he responded by letting us know that he would have someone take care of it. Cesar came out two days later and was ready to fix our problems. It took him two trips, one to paint where the vents and outlet covers were and one to re-spackle and paint the holes. He was friendly and gave us some paint advice and tips on maintaining the finish. If I were allowed half stars, I would rate this company a 4.5 out of 5. They were professional, and I would recommend Paint Denver to any friends in the area and would use them again for another project in the future.

We were introduced to Denver Paint during the construction of our new home around 2010-11. They did a superb job of getting the house painted and ready for us to move in. Subsequently, we needed some assistance, which was partially paint related but required some structural work. Although the latter was not our expectation or their expertise, the Denver Paint owner and his associate came up with an ingenious solution which prevented exterior water damage to the house. We were naturally impressed by their creative solution and ecstatic that the problem was resolved. On a scale of 1-10, they are more than 15. We have no reservations in recommending them for their superb professional work.

Rob, Manuel and the Paint Denver team worked on the interior of my townhome in Sloan's Lake. We have some very tall ceilings the team was able to easily address. We also had them paint the doors and trim. The team did a great job, and it really refreshed our house. We did a thorough walkthrough so I could ask questions and review all the work. No spills or drips. I would hire them again. Constant communications, punctual, quality work and done quickly.

A crew arrived two days prior to painting day to lightly power wash the house. On the start day, Valentin and his crew arrived on time and quickly covered adjacent brick and windows before scraping and painting. They were very mindful of all my new landscaping, for which I am grateful. They finished the job in one day and thoroughly cleaned up around the house, garage and yard before they left. As a nonprofit professional, I often need to partner with businesses to fulfill service projects for the most vulnerable in our community. Not only did they coordinate the donation of Benjamin Moore paints and supplies, they gave countless volunteer hours. They were painting the bedrooms for 2 kiddos in care and made it just spectacular in their rooms and jumped in to help with landscaping for a single foster parent. This is the 6th time I hired Paint Denver (personal house plus several rental properties). I've had a different crew every time, and they all consistently exceeded my expectations by showing up on time, finishing quickly, and providing a beautiful paint job. This time the crew was run by Juan and they were tasked with patching a number of 2"x4" holes in the walls and ceiling of my basement, texturing over the holes, and painting the walls. Outstanding work! If I weren't moving out of the area this summer, I'd find more opportunities to hire Paint Denver.

I have used this group for both the interior and exterior of my office building, a Victorian home built in 1888, and the interior of my residence. This summer will see the completion of the painting of the exterior of my home, a project I am certainly passing on to Sara and the Paint Denver team. Sara Perlman was our salesperson. She kept us informed and updated. The crew did a great job preparing. They stained (not painted) our ugly pale yellow brick a beautifully rich gray (SW Peppercorn) and painted the siding a different shade. I got several bids for this work and Paint Denver was the winner.

I hired Paint Denver to paint the woodwork and doors on the outside of my house and the whole process with them was great and went as I expected. I did do research and compared them with other paint companies and found them to be comparable in price and in the quality of paint they use. The team that came out to my house did a great job and cleaned up nicely after they were done so overall I was pleased with the entire job and communication with the company.

Fulfilling a new year’s resolution… Rob’s crew painted our bungalow interior just before Thanksgiving (hence the holiday delay). I usually accept a middle bid, but I was impressed with Rob and his estimate, and went with him and his company. I recently had a great experience with Paint Denver. At the end of February 2021, they painted the first floor and kitchen of my Washington Park, Denver home. Were Covid compliant the whole time, which was very professional. Dealing with Rob in the bid process was easy and pleasant, a real good guy. Worked me into his schedule quickly. Juan and the crew who painted were always on time, did great work and went the extra step to clean afterwards every day. At one point, my design person wanted some mid project paint color changes, spoke to Rob by Zoom on site and Rob and Juan stepped up and made the changes with no complaints or increase to the bid price. They were also incredibly fast and skilled, with some tough design painting. The rooms look beautiful. Excellent experience.

We're big fans of Paint Denver and they'll be our go-to paint company from now on. We had most of the interior of our house painted, all except a couple of rooms we'd recently painted ourselves. Rob and Sarah were great to work with and gave us a good estimate with lots of detail and prompt communication. The bid was similar to others we'd received but the service was much better. Tess who is the first point of contact on the phones is absolutely lovely and so helpful. They make an excellent team. Juan and his crew did a fantastic job! They started on a Monday and were done by Thursday. That included most of our 2000 sq/ft house as well as all our kitchen cabinets (which now look absolutely amazing). His crew were neat, considerate, and very fast. They also did some substantial plaster repair to our 120 year old cracked walls. They must have taken photos of pictures to see where they belonged because everything ended up in the right places -- and we have a lot of stuff on the walls. It's a month later and we haven't yet found any spots that they've missed. I highly recommend Paint Denver. They have an honest small business feel and seem to really care about you having a good experience with them. We didn't have any issues afterwards, but Rob and Sarah were both checking in regularly to see if the crew had missed anything. Definitely go with Paint Denver. We're planning on having them do exterior painting for us in the spring.
