Perennial Construction Solutions

We worked with Perennial to help get our new office ready for our team. The previous tenants had done quite an interesting job decorating, with all conference rooms decked out in wallpaper and walls painted dark colors. There were also cabinets that were falling apart and a countertop that had seen better days. Perennial did a great job cleaning up the space for us, working with stubborn wallpaper and frosting to make the office move-in ready. I was kept in the loop regarding any issues and changes and really appreciated the responsiveness time of Eugeen, Patrick, and their team. It was so easy working with them! We'll definitely contact Perennial for future office projects!

I was introduced to Perennial while bidding out a renovation of my company’s New York office. Eugeen, their sales director was enthusiastic, candid, and willing to work with me on meeting in the middle and figuring out where I could cut some costs. Our project consisted of some serious plaster scraping (old New York building problems), wall patching, painting, floor repair, complete demo and renovation of the kitchen, wallpaper, and electrical. What I appreciate most about Perennial were the people I worked with, from meeting with Eugeen and Akhil the first time, to their ops manager John and project manager Patrick confirming things before construction began, to the people who came in to execute the work (Rudy, Rob, Dimitri, +) . I also appreciated their ability to troubleshoot odd issues within our old, wonky building, as well as sensitivity to me and flexibility when we came up on an issue with our building that was outside of their control and delayed our progress. They truly are just a great group of people who come in and get the job done, highly recommend.

Working with Perennial was one of the best experiences I've had with a construction company. The team was friendly and timely and the project manager on site always listened to my concerns and made sure I did not have to worry about the project. The apartment came out beautifully and right on time! I would like to work again with Perennial on future projects and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Spending the majority of your work week on various job sites, I have become very critical of the work that goes into my own home when hiring a contractor. After working with a mixed bag of contractors over the years, I approach these things with a level of skepticism from the jump. However, after working with Eugeen, Oliver, and the rest of the Perennial team, I have to say that my skepticism was quickly abated. Their level of consideration, professional courtesy, and overall care for the work is extremely palpable even from our first meeting. The thought of painting 6 rooms while also fixing trim/moldings and other items throughout the house seemed like a daunting task. After looking at these rooms for months and being unhappy with it, my wife heard of Perennial through a friend and immediately asked me to reach out. They say, "Happy wife, happy life," so I jumped on the opportunity to get this taken care of. They turned my house, into a more of a home, leaving my wife and I extremely happy with the outcome of our decision to hire Perennial.

Eugeen and his team at Perennial Construction did an awesome job for me when I had a tight budget and a tight timeline. Perennial did: 1. The Painting 2. Flooring sanding and sealing 3. Bathroom tiles 4. Cabinet installation 5. Appliance connections 6. Miscellaneous handyman items like replace doors, locks, vanity, and madcaps I have had many poor experiences in the past where the contractors took way too long and I missed a move in date and suffered from lost rent money. I am very happy with the job that Perennial did. It was clear this was not their first rodeo and they made the process painless for me. They had a lot of recommendations to help me keep costs down and they finished the job ahead of schedule. My new tenants were very happy and I have had no complaints on any maintenance issues. Would gladly recommend!
