I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Manuel. I signed a contract with him on May 7th, 2020 which clearly delineated the services to be performed. He asked for 1/3 down. Over the course of the last 12 weeks I have heard every single typical con artist excuse for delays that exist. When he changed the pricing on my deck rebuild and I had to pay that subcontractor separately ("just take it out of my total estimate") I was giving him a chance because I'm too nice and an awful judge of character. When he finally got to the replacement of my siding which was agreed upon, he had the subcontractor saw off the bottom portion of the siding and insisted that I work with them to pay for materials. When I balked at this, he disappeared. Don't let him tell you he has been doing this for ten years.

No, I would not recommend this company. Homeowners Beware!!! Manuel never returns his clients phone calls, voicemail, text messages or emails. It is like pulling teeth to get him on the phone to discuss your project. In late March, we meet with Manuel to discuss a deck replacement and he comes off as a nice person. He requires a small deposit to even get on his schedule due to not want to schedule someone who really is not interested in getting work done. I was very hesitated but against my better judgment I paid him. After about a week and a half, he came out again with his lead contractor (at the time) to discuss want we wanted and gave us a supply list. We ordered the supplies and they were delivered before they were supposed to start the job in early April. Well, April 9th came and went. After multiple attempts I finally got a hold of Manuel who explains that they were behind due to rain and once the current job was completed, he would have someone out to start our job. In mid-May, we finally got someone to come demo our deck and about 10 days later the carpenter showed up to start rebuilding it. The carpenter was here for about 4 hours, when he informed us that we were giving the wrong list of materials and we need to order different supplies. As frustrating as this was, we received the new list and ordered the new material and had it delivered by May 28th. Here it is July 20th and the job still has not completed and is in the same condition it was back in mid-May. We still cannot get a hold of Manuel and he will not return calls or messages. The fact of the matter is we can never get in touch with him, I am fairly sure we will not receive our money back. I just hope that he did the right thing by at least paying his sub-contractors for the work they did ie. demo and framework.

This company and the workers are awesome! They were able to make my house look brand new! They were so respectful and professional. I highly recommend this company for any painting project !
