my clients had a good experience with Showhomes. Instead of having a lonely empty house, it was filled with furniture and knick knacks, which helped people visualize how they might utilize the space.

I can't say enough about Barbara Bliss and Showhomes North Shore. She delivered on everything she promised in the most professional manor. My listing was sitting for a long time and then sold immediately with multiple offers as soon as we staged it. Everyone I dealt with at Showhomes North Shore was delightful, trustworthy and responsive. I highly recommend using them for all your staging needs, I know I will be!

Barbara and her team did an incredible job and staged multiple homes for me this past year. In each case I got full list price for two and almost full list for another! ShowHomes was an excellent partner in the sale of our home. Everything was done when promised, there was always someone responsive available and all questions were answered promptly. Our home was on the market for some time but once engaged with ShowHomes it sold quickly.

Barbara and ShowHomes were great! Our home had languished on the market for quite some time. After an initial offer fell through and we had vacated the premises, with the help of our realtor, we engaged ShowHomes to stage our home. It sold in a matter of weeks!! Barbara and her team were responsive at all times and made their end of the process seamless and worry free. I would definitely recommend Barbara and ShowHomes for your next sale!!!

I just wanted to thank Barbara Bliss and her talented and supportive team for a job well done! While I was out of town, the Showhomes North Shore came into our family home and created a masterpiece. Rooms filled with beautiful furniture, accessories and art. I was blown away! And after six days on the Market our family home for over 40 Years was sold. I would highly recommend Barbara Bliss and the Showhomes North Shore team! Excellent job!!!

They do an outstanding job with their staging of homes and it's amazing how quickly the houses sell after they come in and do a "revitalization" of any house. First impressions are so important in Real Estate and they can make even the most unattractive houses look great! When they come in, they work quickly to get the job done and their home management program works well too. Sometimes the homes need painting or other projects, & they can get involved that way as well. I highly recommend them particularly if people are interested in getting their homes sold in a reasonably short period of time. They're "The Best"!

We utilized Showhomes, Barrington to stage a newly built house in Lake Forest, IL. Our expectations were high, and all were met, or exceeded. Designers toured our home and developed a plan which enhanced our interior living space with high end furnishings. I recommend ShowHomes North Shore Barrington without hesitation.

Trying to sell your home without it being occupied is a challenging task. You have to find someone to care for your home, while they supply furniture to stage the house making it look good, provide security, keeping the property clean, and be willing to move out within 30 days of a sales agreement ........next to impossible. Not so with Showhomes. They find the perfect people to recruit as your "home manager" and work closely with you to make this a great and affordable experience for all. Just a comment; I am not a person that is easily impressed. I would highly recommend this company.

I've used Showhomes on a few houses already and have been very pleased with the results. They have sold quickly, all in less than 30 days, and looked incredible with the staging. The furniture is elegant and put together in a professional manner. The pricing is also very affordable. I recommended Showhomes to my homeowners who were having difficulty selling their gorgeous home. The home was vacant and also a shortsale. Showhomes put a wonderful tenant in the home along with beautiful furniture. The home was under contract within a month. The shortsale took many months to complete but the tenant remained vigilant in taking care of the home.
