I cannot say enough great things about the quality work of Bri, Kat and the entire team at Fabric Works. The five-star reviews they are consistently receiving speak for themselves and are definitely well earned. From the first design consultation, along with samples of the materials (Hunter Douglas), I was just blown away by the knowledge, professionalism, work ethics and communication skills everyone involved in my project exhibited from beginning to end. My brand new contemporary house was definitely a challenge with all its huge windows and very high ceilings. Additionally, I did not want to give up an inch of my exceptional lake view to some overpowering shades. Bri and Candace had some excellent recommendations and I wound up relying on their good taste in color schemes and vast experience in selecting the perfect shades for each room. I am thrilled with the outcome and enjoy the compliments I get from my friends and neighbors. I also highly recommend Whirl Wind Blind & Shade which Fabric Works used to do the installation which went smoothly and in no time at all. The whole thing was a stress free experience from beginning to end. What fabulous customer service!!

My experience was great. Bri and Kat and the install crew were awesome. They helped me pick blinds that were beautiful and functional. The blinds came quicker than expected and install was very fast. I’m very happy with how they turned out.

We installed full length functioning drapes on a large front window plus four more tailored Romans on the remaining windows in the living room of a historic Tudor style home. The fabric is a very simple linen style which makes it more difficult to execute properly as there’s no busy pattern to hide errors. What a difference they make in this beautiful room! I was looking for custom replacement curtain panels. Although I live in northern Idaho, I was happy to drive over to the Fabric Works showroom in Spokane to choose from their many samples. I was delighted that options were current and available---with which the Coeur d'Alene stores have had a problem. Fabric was ordered and arrived in the projected timeframe. Bri and Kat came to my home to take measurements and then returned for the final installation. The panels are absolutely beautiful! I would definitely use Fabric Works again if anything comes up for my household. They are professional, knowledgeable and very personable.

I worked with Bri on window treatments for our new home. She was a pleasure to work with. She came out and measured and went through all my choices in every room. She helped me pick out multiple fabrics and make choices. I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! All the treatments from draperies, to roman shades, to woven woods, to electric blinds are so nice. It was such a great experience to have Fabric Works fit our home a few years ago with blinds in the office, bathrooms, bedrooms, family room and game room.
