My reps have always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, their product is well-made and available in modern colours, and I truly appreciate that they can always recommend a more cost-effective alternate if required. I've never had a bad experience at Divine. And the beautiful showroom doesn't hurt either!

We used Divine cosmopolitan wood floors in Chateau in our Los Angeles Beach home. We have lived in the home for 2 years now and the floors still look brand new! We have had dogs of all sizes, and 5 teenagers living under the roof. Sand, dirt and sun. Still beautiful. Love this product. We have a west facing home just a block from the beach with lots of windows so I will admit we have had a lot of fading (which happens with all wood flooring), but its partially our fault because we only have sun shades at curtains and honestly, we leave them up many time, so we can feel the breeze or watch the sunset, but since they are a lighter color it does not show unless you lift a rug (see last photo). We are going to add this same flooring to a mountain home as well.

I have worked alongside Divine Flooring on very different home remodels and both times the final product was fantastic! For a 60's renovation, Divine was able to completely restore the original hardwood to pristine condition, which was so valuable to the client as we worked hard to preserve as much of the original character as possible. In another project Divine provided a new hardwood product for us and the quality + installation was beautiful. I have people asking me about the flooring information ever time I share a photo of it!

waranty very poor, not even a year old product, very poor service from devine, would not recomend their products, spend your money elsewhere! Just an unset customer! Had you guys down and you passed it off!

We always stand behind our product - if you do suspect a latent manufacturing defect of some sort than it is your responsibility to contact our technical service department in order for us to assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action to remedy the problem. If you are unable to supply a proof of purchase and valid complaint then we will kindly ask the you delete this comment - or we will just assume that you are perhaps working for the competition and are trying to commit libelous accusations against our company.
