“Awesome service and so very helpful. I was looking for an underlay that would meet condo boards approval to go under my glue-down LVT. It was hard to find one but I spotted it on his website. I was leery of how I would get it to Edmonton as we are from south of Lloydminster so it was quite a distance. Cory went above and beyond to get it to me and got it to me quickly. Very honest and I'd recommend Cory and his company in a heartbeat. Good service can be heard to find.”

“Ky was very professional throughout the entire process - when asked originally he gave me a ballpark estimate based on the size of my home to allow me to determine my budget. When he arrived at my home, he measured and gave me a full estimate (less than his ballpark). He arrived promptly, was honest, straightforward and thorough, answering all my questions and concerns before scheduling the work. The floors look fantastic, the house was left clean and tidy, and he left me with a comprehensive guide to maintaining the beautiful condition of my floors. Would definitely work with this company again!”

“I hired Smith Bros. Floors to repair and refinish the hardwood floors in my circa 1960 home. The hardwood had been under carpet for 50 years, but had been badly damaged. The previous owner had put large screws right through the floors (and basement ceiling!) trying to stop the boards from creaking. Many boards were cracked beyond repair, while others had huge holes where the screws had been. The area by the front door had significant water damage, and a gap in the flooring where I had removed a pony wall. I was quite concerned the floor might not match because new wood had to be added in right beside the original wood. I had nothing to worry about; the "new wood" is identical to the original floor! | should mention that I arranged to have the work done while I was away for a few days for work (and my cat was at a kennel), so I needed to be able to be back in the house when I got back. The floors were repaired and sanded a couple of days before I left, but when I returned from the work trip my house was done (and spotless!). Now, 4 months later, I love my floors (and baseboards) just as much as that first day!”
