We were drawn to this company because it is family owned......the more we talked to them about what we wanted, the experience became more and more enjoyable - although we took several months to make a decision, we never felt rushed to make a decision, instead they kept smiling and kept helping us. They came to our house several times to give advice and ask what look we were going for and then gave us advice on types of wood, width, hardness and characteristics of each type of wood. My husband was very impressed that the installation was done by their own employees and not hired out....the men on the job were professional, caring and a joy to work with....each day they cleaned up and were very careful of our existing furniture. they were also happy to answer any and all questions we had during installation. We would highly recommend them and in fact, we already have.....Thanks Koeber's - we love our floor!!!
