We are very pleased with our beautiful new soapstone countertops! Joshua was very helpful when we met to select our soapstone slabs. He arrived at our home in Naples within one week to make the template and returned to install our countertops within 5 days! The grain in the soapstone is amazing and I love both phases (light, without oil, and dark with oil). This is a big step up for us and we were nervous about it, but we absolutely love it!

I asked for some advice on my existing stone that I bought from another supplier. Joshua was kind enough to discuss the issues I was having and give me some good direction to rectify them. Wish I had purchased from someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Creative Soapstone.

Recently had soapstone countertops fabricated and installed by Creative Soapstone. Extremely glad we did! The whole process from start to finish was what anyone could hope would happen when getting countertops!!! Mimi and Joshua were very cordial, knowledgeable and professional. They provided great help while we browsed through their inventory, and set aside our choices. When we were ready for the templates, Joshua was right on schedule, and we live about 100 miles from their shop! The fabrication was made and delivered right on schedule, and the installation flawlessly completed by Joshua and his assistant, Elizee (I’m sure I spelled that wrong). Joshua and Mimi completed an excellent installation of our soapstone counters, window sills and bench. They were very professional and provided wonderful guidance into the world of soapstone. Creative Soapstone held the stone for several months until our remodel was ready. Then they quickly delivered and installed the stone. An all around A+ job!

We love our soapstone countertops with the runnels (for draining dishes and food). Mimi and Joshua were great to work with start to finish. Mimi answered my many emails with all my questions quickly and professionally. And I never felt like I was bothering her. Joshua took several videos of the slabs for us to choose from since we couldn't visit their showroom. They were very flexible with scheduling around our cabinet installation. We drove 3 hours to Punta Gorda to see their facility, and choose our slab. Joshua and his assistant, Elisee, were true craftsmen as they did the installation. Precise.
