We are sorry to hear that this is the way you feel about your experience with Vine & Branch Woodworks and our team here. We strive to provide an exceptional product, great service and all at a fair market price.

    We first met in late January 2025. Did initial design and communicated a 6 month lead time for production after all final selections were made. You mentioned that was not a problem, the other vendors that you had talked to would not even be able to start the project before April of 2026.

    On 2/10/25 you provided the first deposit.
    On 2/10/25 you mentioned to us for the first time that you wanted to have LED lighting throughout the project We stated that we would need a complete lighting schematic before we could provide final drawings.
    On 3/14/25 I received a copy of the lighting requirements and began redrawing the project for your review and production sign offs so.
    On 4/3/25 I received a signed off set of drawings and the 6 month time clock started, 2 moths after you made your initial deposit.
    On 7/2/25 Your personal assistant, Donna came to the office asking for an update on the timeline for the project. I mentioned to her at that time that the original production timeline would be 6 months from 4/3 but that we were running about 4-5 weeks behind that. Setting the expectation that we should be ready sometime in late October, early November.
Between August and October I sent pictures of the progress of the project and you and Donna stopped by to review the project and saw the cabinetry and millwork being built.
    On 11/12/25 there was a meeting between Vine & Branch Woodworks, the electrical contractor for the lighting and you and your staff. The entire project was set up in our shop and ready to view in detail.
    At that time you requested that Vine & Branch Woodworks not upfit any of the project in the shop and begin doing a multi-stage delivery and installation so that the electricians could work on the lighting as cabinets were being installed.

3 Trim - Electricians
4 Meeting with you to determine gun placement and holders needed
    We accommodated that request, and stated that it would take a lot longer and be many more trips than originally planned. You said that was ok. I estimated an end of January or first of February completion date doing it like that. You stated that you understood that. These extra trips were never billed to you.
    1/15/26 we met with you for a full layout of your guns and what you needed to have completed.
    Other than the gun holders that were in the original scope of work, we had the panels with the flocking to install, and a few pieces of trim based on the original scope of work. This would have taken approximately 2 weeks for us to complete still finishing the job before the other vendors could even start.
    The other items that you felt like we needed to complete were outside of the original scope of work, which we said we would do but were not included in the original cost. That is when you told us to not come back and finish.
    Vine & Branch Woodworks designed, built, delivered and installed a project that was over $100K LESS THAN the other Vendor that you got a quote from, provided an exceptional project and would have been completed 2 months prior to the other vendor could have even started.
    I hope you enjoy your gorgeous gun room provided by us for many years. We appreciate having the opportunity to have been involved in it. I am sorry that we were not given the opportunity to finish the last few details for you.
