Owner Marc Depew was destined to be a contractor. As a young kid, he would constantly take his big wheels and bikes apart and put them back together just to see how they worked. At age 8, his parents went through an addition. He watched the contractor tear off the front of their home and add a better, more usable space for his family. From that experience at age 8, he knew he wanted to be a contractor. One of Marc's greatest assets is the ability to picture the completed project before it even begins. The ability to forecast the build has allowed Marc to make crucial and valuable changes to his projects before and during the construction process. "The blueprint is an idea, and I am there to make it the best it can be" is how Marc approaches each project. We focus on major remodels, additions, custom homes, and ADU projects. However, that doesn't stop us from taking on smaller projects. We rely on our great relationships with our subcontractors, some of whom we have been working with for 20 years. We work closely with them to ensure they provide the same quality workmanship we and our clients expect. Our field team is very experienced and builds with pride. Marc instilled the term "ACT AS IF" years ago to set the expectation within the company that each project must be performed as if it was our own home. THAT IS HOW QUALITY IS ACHIEVED!
