We feel very blessed to have had the chance to work with Bob Cohen from Bravo Homes when building our new house. He exceeded our expectations in every way possible and made a potentially stressful project incredibly fun. Bob is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and he and everyone that works with him is unbelievably talented. Within a week, my husband and I counted Bob as a friend. By the time our home was complete, he felt like a close member of our family. Bob and I traded thousands of text messages throughout the process and he always made himself available to talk- at all hours of the day and evening. Although we knew that Bob had multiple other projects going on at the same time, we always felt as though we were his only customer. He took every crazy out-of-the-box idea I threw at him in stride, never refusing to consider any change of plans we suggested. He happily incorporated multiple reclaimed pieces we sourced ourselves into countertops, parts of the fireplace and elsewhere. To top it off, Bob made sure we finished on schedule! The service, craftsmanship and quality provided by Bravo Homes is unmatched. We didn't imagine we’d get all that we did at our price point. To say we’re satisfied is a gross understatement. I would absolutely recommend Bob and Bravo Homes to anyone looking to build, add on or remodel.

Bravo Homes completed two renovations for us, one in 2011on our house and another in 2015 on our condo. The house renovation consisted of : •New wood and ceramic flooring on the first floor •New stair railing for the stairway to the second floor •New kitchen cabinets, fixtures, lighting and appliances •New powder room cabinets and fixtures •New front and rear doors •Redesigned front portico •Framing and screen for porch •New master bath cabinets, tub, shower and flooring •Privacy fence added •New gutters The condo Renovation consisted of : •New kitchen cabinets, flooring, fixtures, lighting and appliances •New powder room cabinets and fixtures •New fireplace surround •New entry and dining room lighting •New laundry room •Replacement of all doors and windows (30) •New staircase to the loft •Drywall repairs in the master bedroom Bob and Casey were professional, reliable and easy to work with. At the time of both renovations we were living in the home and we appreciated that at the end of each day the work area was clean of debris. Both experiences were excellent with the work being completed quickly. We have had numerous complements on the quality of work on both renovations. In the future, if we were to do renovations, we would not hesitate to use Bravo. Attached are two pdf files showing before and after pictures of the main changes.

We absolutely loved our experience with BRAVO homes. Bob and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. They worked hand in hand with us throughout the whole process and worked within our budget to give us the house of our dreams. His assistant Casey was awesome to work with and guided us in the right direction for every decision. They were super professional and so excited to provide the best service to us.
