Material: solid pre-finished chevron cut left's and right's non-beveled herring bone, some material arrived via shipping in broken bales loose in the back of a box truck, 2nd delivery arrived left's only and when final material arrives on site its found that end joints don't match, grooves are deeper in some of the material, the owner did confirm that the mill he used was not up to the task he did say he would reimburse us for down time but as of now that has not happened and has not returned our calls. I have the photos and sample's of material supplied for future viewing
