Chris and his team is absolutely awesome, I am a residential property manager for 223 properties and 95 % are million dollar plus homes and I deal with hundreds of vendors on a daily basis, Gold Coast is by far my number 1 favorite. I call Chris directly tell him what I need and he gets it done quickly, on time within budget and with zero issues or head aches. I have used him so far for 15 projects within the last 3 months and was amazed every single time. Gold Coast Construction is the one and only General Contractor I will use for any of my 223 properties. No Job is to big or small for them. I love there we will take care of it attitude.

I just started my new job when every homeowner’s nightmare happened to me. I got leak in my kitchen. Damaging so much, that it called for some serious remodeling. New kitchen board, some dry wall & new cabinets & shelves…and as long I was in it I decided to do also new counter top, sink, faucet and backsplash. Gold Coast Construction company was recommended to me on day one. I had no time to shop around, so I trusted my source and went with Gold Coast. I never regretted. Working with Chris and Juan gave me peace of mind. Due to my new work schedule I had no time to supervise the project, be home or select most of the material. Chris understood exactly what I needed and took care of it. Gold Coast company was for the most part working at my house without my supervision. Their workers kept my house clean and safe the whole time, covered floor and moved things around with care. They also stayed within promised budget. Did we bump into little problems along the way? Yes, we did. Few tiles had to be redone and dead line was moved few days further due to Holidays. However, communication was super easy. Juan and Chris would answer/address any of my questions/concerns quickly and at any time of the day! They did everything they promised and more! I let them select my faucet & sink and they introduced me to great places where I got the granite & tiles I was looking for. I really liked working with them. The outcome: I would recommend Gold Coast Construction to any of my friends. I really enjoy my new kitchen. Correction: I love my new kitchen! It is a job well done!

I had a nasty pipe leak in my kitchen, half the walls had to come down and a lot the woodwork had to be replaced. The Gold Coast guys came in and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done, what to expect from my insurance and what I could do to improve my kitchen with the money I could expect. A few months later I had the kitchen looking better than it was before the claim plus the whole rest of my first floor painted. Plus the kitchen dining area upgraded with some new cabinet space, with little out of pocket expenses. Couldn't be happier.

Juan and his team were very accommodating and did a great job on our bathroom. Great work ethic and very reliable!
