As a home renovator I’ve worked with Megan on a number of projects. I appreciated how she had vision, but also flexible to the clients style as well. As a builder/renovator, time is everything, so getting quick decisions made is critical to keeping the project going (many designers do not take this seriously). Time is money to both the client and the builder, so Megan was always quick to trouble shoot or get me a decision in a timely manner. With indecisive clients, I’ve witnessed her tirelessly trying to help them make the critical decisions. She’s good at asking about structural effects of her design changes too. I have used Megan on my personal home renovations as well, as I like her style.

As a contractor, I have found over the years that Interior Designers come in all sorts of what you might call, “described personas”. This will vary from some that take on airs liking themselves to Hollywood personalities to those that are more of an underworld creation! I have had the pleasure of working with Megan from FreshHouse Interior Designs now on a couple of projects. Megan is extremely good at working with our clients in a very relaxed manner. Megan Leith-Menard, provided professional services for a kitchen/dining room renovation including main floor ceiling and floor updates over a six-week period. During the entire process Megan was knowledgeable, easy going, and respectful of my choices while guiding the way through the process. In addition to having other projects, she still went out of her way to look after mine, even on fairly short notices.
