His detailed visuals allowed us to fully grasp the scope and potential of the project before a single stone was laid. It gave us confidence in every decision and helped us fine-tune the design to perfection. This renovation has exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s not just a backyard—it’s a destination.

A very professional company to do business with. So much so, that my wife and I had enough confidence in the business that we asked for mason referrals . They supplied 8 different masons, grouped into two general groups, high end and economy masons. I contacted a number of different masons and chose EJ Quality Services to do the replacement of a 30 foot long, rotted railroad wall. Excellent experience! Very easy to place an order and set up delivery. The delivery was on time and without any problems despite having low electrical lines across our driveway. Driver was able to place stones just where we wanted them dropped. We will use Braen again!

Have gone to both the Haledon & Pompton Lakes location. Service overall is good, no complaints about the product. Can pretty much always find what I'm looking for. Only request would be faster/better service in Haledon. I know I'm only picking up a yard of QP, stone dust or recycled concrete, so I'm not a big customer, but sometimes the wait is 2o-30 minutes plus. Lots of people around but no one even stops to see what you need. Thanks.

Great quality gravel. Bought 3/4 clean, QP, and white sand. All the material I received was better then the local quary. The customer care is also top notch. Always order more. I had multiple reorders and they were faster each time.

I attended the Braen contractor showcase the other day and it was great. I was able to get some info from other companies that offer some great products. The venders were very informative and were easy to work with. It was nice to see all the Braen workers there as well who were able to show us some new products that they have just brought in.

Had a good time at the Expo and Open house on Tuesday. I learned about some new products coming in. The food was great! It was nice to see some other contractors that I know. Hope to see this again.
