Our kitchen was demoed down to studs and completed within six weeks, ahead of schedule. Jaime, our Lead Carpenter, was there every day and kept us up to speed. And in the final walk through, David (the company owner) identified little things we hadn't even noticed and scheduled a crew to come out and address. Plus their warranty on everything is top of the line.

Kitchen completely gutted and remodeled in 6 weeks. Extremely satisfied with our contractor Jonathan who always conferred with me about decisions. We think Foster Remodeling is great! We had our kitchen/living area gutted, and a wall removed. From the time we met the designer Julia Wolfgang at an open house, we were impressed. She came over to assess the job, had great ideas, and spent a good deal of time with us before we even signed a contract. They make sure the client knows exactly what will happen, there is always a lead carpenter on site, most of the pros work for the company, and they make it easy to choose cabinets etc with their lovely showroom. They also work with an appliance supplier, who will save your appliances at their warehouse until it’s time to install them. There are so many good things I could say- we highly recommend them.

Our bathroom remodel with Fosters Remodeling Solutions, Inc. was smooth sailing from the beginning. The design process was straightforward and we were happy with all of our choices. While in-home construction is never easy, the Fosters team handled everything and communicated each step of the process with us. The construction team cleaned up every day and tried to minimize the impact on our daily lives as much as possible. After the final inspection we received a neatly organized binder containing information on all of the products in our new bathroom, including warranty and care information. We are very happy with the final product and highly recommend this company.

Foster did a great job. Definitely recommend as an all-in-one solution from design to build. They were just a little behind schedule, but nothing major. The lead carpenter was a true craftsmen, planner, and professional. He was the main point of contact and provided updates every morning. He was always on time from 7am until 3:00p or 3:30p or so. Our renovation looks great.

Martin came thru for us on our master bath remodel which we are very pleased with. It's been almost a year now and he has always been available to handle any concerns or issues that we brought to his attention. We had a walk in shower put in place of our tub with plumbing redirected and to say the least was a complicated job. He let us know about some imperfections in the walls that needed to be made plumb for proper tile placement. I'm already thinking of future jobs for Martin when we are ready. Highly recommend him.

This was my second time hiring Foster Remodeling for a home project. This latest was a complete tear down and remodel of two bathrooms at the same time. The designer assigned to my project was beyond patient and knowledgable and the end product exceeded my expectations. The Lead Carpenter who was on site daily for construction and supervision was professional and completed the job on schedule. I have always been impressed by the owner and work force of this company. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

We had a complete kitchen gut job. FOSTER had to even jackhammer the floor to run new plumbing for an island because we went from a peninsula to an island. We put in new flooring, new cabinets, took off part of our living room wall, new backsplash, put a new door on our laundry room, raised the floor and painted our family room next to the kitchen. We had a custom corian countertop made for our island. The designer had a great report with the manufacturer and took us to meet him to discuss how we wanted our countertop. Our designer was very patient. We thought we knew what we wanted, but kept making changes. What we loved the most is that they don't subcontract anyone except the plumber because not every remodel needs a plumber. Because they don't subcontract, there is no finger pointing as to who did what, of course they d6ont need to fingerprint because they do a great job the first time. They order everything, keep everything in their warehouse until ready and bring it all to your house when needed. They even pull all the permits. From design to finish they did a fabulous job. We will definitely use them again.

Foster Remodeling recently finished our basement after remodeling 2 bathrooms several years ago. We were very pleased with each job, specifically for their design consulting, close attention to detail, and construction skills. They worked within our budget and provided a very specific timetable for the project, which the team met. There were never any unpleasant surprises. The team cleaned up each day before leaving and treated our house as though it was their own. At the conclusion of the project Dave Foster inspected the work himself, and we were impressed by his perfectionism about every detail of the work. We definitely will use this company again for future remodeling jobs.

Very professional company employees! Professional layout of the projects to include blue prints, cost estimates, and project schedule were discussed in detail before the project began. Project lead provided a daily update at the beginning of each day. House was secured upon exit and daily clean up resulted in reduced dust.

I could not have been more pleased with Foster Remodeling. Working with Dory to design our space was fantastic - she was patient, thoughtful and developed a design that was beautiful, as well as functional, and everything we hoped for for our new kitchen. Having all the materials on site in the showroom made choosing our materials a piece of cake - it was great to be able to see how the space would look by putting the items next to each other on site in the showroom. Construction was seamless, incredibly meticulous, and fast! It was finished ahead of schedule, thanks to the tireless efforts of the lead carpenter, Luke. The work site was always spotless, and the end product perfect! With all the horror stories one hears about construction projects, we were prepared for a long, unpleasant experience, and it could not have been more different. I highly recommend Foster - It was an outstanding experience all around, from start to finish.

I could not have been happier with Foster's design-build service. They had a detailed proposal, including exact costs based on their computer model and proposed design, before I even signed on. The design process went smoothly thanks to Chris Arnold and Kathy. The project went smoothly and a bit quicker than planned thanks to Mike. Whenever there was a problem, Mike and the team (Lee, Chris) had a solution or two proposed. We NEVER lost a day to having to wait for subcontractors or experts, they solved all challenges easily. I had only one small change order, otherwise everything was exactly to plan and as in the contract. Mind you, there were some additional costs that could not have been pre-planned (sewer and drain lines mixed; leaks in water lines; need for new electric panel) but these were required for project so I had to do them. Costs were not exorbitant. Detail work is excellent, everyone who comes in is Very Impressed. I'd recommend them again!!

I reached out to Foster Remodeling via the Houzz app and was quickly contacted to set an appointment. Rachel came to my house to discuss my projects (kitchen and 2 bathrooms). She was very professional and friendly and had lots of good design ideas. She made several suggestions I hadn't yet considered and discussed possible hurdles I may encounter based on her experience in similar spaces. I was very at ease with Rachel (as were my dogs!). About 2 weeks later, I went to the Foster office and watched Rachel's project proposal in a large, beautiful showroom. Her ideas and designs were very helpful and the showroom had countless materials to see and feel, both on display on walls/shelves and in real mock-up kitchens/bathrooms. I would recommend reaching out to Foster - your project will be in good hands!

David Foster (Foster Remodeling Solutions) has completed a number of projects for us over the past 30 years. His first project for us was simple but required planning and professionalism. That professionalism and quality of work has not changed.

I needed my 1980s bathroom brought into the 21st century with all new fixtures. The bathroom was originally configured so that the bathroom vanity and clothes closet were completely open to the master bedroom. In addition to replacing all bathroom components to include flooring, and lighting, I wanted to close off the bathroom and closet by installing two separate doors. I evaluated three companies. Foster was certainly not the least expensive bid. However, between glowing online reviews, references offered, the fact they stood behind their work offering a five year warranty, and the fact that their tradesmen were Foster employees, I felt confident selecting Foster for the job. I’m so glad I did. I had the good fortune of working with a designer that had similar tastes to my own. She presented me with a design that addressed my priorities and at the same time remained sensitive to my budget restrictions. The team working on my bathroom was truly professional. They arrived on time every day. Each day they would inform me of the work that was to be accomplished. They also ensured that I was consulted whenever a decision involving personal preference was needed (e.g. shower head height). From the very start, tremendous care was taken to protect my home from dirt and dust resulting from the construction. I can honestly say I’ve never had any other contractors clean as thoroughly at the end of day as these gentlemen did. I am absolutely thrilled with my renovated bathroom. It is exactly what I wanted and the quality of the work cannot be beat. I can honestly say that the team that worked on my bathroom went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end product.

My husband and I had a good experience with Foster in remodeling our master bath. The whole process of design and implementation were professionally done. Kudos to Luis and Marco, the two people who actually did the work. I was always apprised of the progress of the work daily, and most of all, if a problem came up that would slightly change the design, I was informed first before they started the work. I recommend Foster Remodeling Solutions without reservation. Our project --bathrooms remodeling and painting -- was a relatively small project, but Foster undertook the project with care and skill. We received a complete estimate that proved accurate at the end of the project. Foster assisted patiently in selecting all materials for the bathroom renovation [and painting and new shower door for another bathroom] and assigned a lead for the project who stayed at the project throughout the work. The work was well done in all regards, completed in the time estimated and more than met our expectations.

Foster recently completed a kitchen remodeling job as well as extensive floor tiling in other rooms and reconstruction of our staircase handrail with wrought iron. The kitchen job was extensive...right down to the studs...and included new cabinetry, backsplash, lighting, island, and flooring, as well as appliance installation. The quality of the craftsmanship was impeccable, the crew was professional, skilled, and trustworthy. We hired Foster to gut and remodel our kitchen after interviewing almost 15 contractors. I love that they are design/build. They have competitive pricing and were VERY on schedule. The staff that came to my house every day were amazing. Every morning they told me what they would be doing and every night they cleaned up. Foster STILL answers any questions I have about the kitchen (5 years later!) I actually have since used them for other projects around my house and have never been disappointed. Everyone is honest and respectful and an absolute joy to work with.

They provided outstanding professional design work, project management, and master craftsmen who transformed these rooms. Foster Remodeling provided design concept, final construction drawings and construction services for our master bedroom, ensuite bath, and 1 1/2 car garage addition. We had worked with FR several years before on a hallway bath remodeling project and they were at the head of our short list when we sought out a design/build firm for our addition. The project included removal of several trees, the existing carport and a backyard cement patio. The work was completed on time within the projected budget. All of the craftsmen, including subcontractors, were very professional and always left the work site cleaned up and usable over the weekend or at the end of the day. When our bathroom tile selections weren't available, their design staff worked to recommend and locate alternatives that were in harmony with our design goals. The finished project exceeded our expectations and we have recommended Foster Remodeling to several of our friends.

We had our entire kitchen remodeled back in the summer of 2012. After reviewing and receiving estimates from 1/2 dozen companies, we chose Foster Remodeling based on great reviews, their willingness to take the time to listen to our requirements and optional ideas, and their creativity in coming up with potential solutions to problems. They did not have the cheapest bid, but they also weren't the most expensive either. From the start through the end of the project, we were impressed with everyone's expertise -- design consultant, project manager, lead carpenter, and others. Foster Remodeling Solutions put an addition on the back of our home back in 2002, and we were so pleased with the work that they did then that we hired them again to re-do our kitchen and add a new bathroom. They did a fine job on both the design and the construction of the kitchen and the bathroom, and they stand behind their work. We would hire Foster again if we decide to do any more home improvements!

I can't remember how I found Foster Remodeling, but I'm glad I did. They redesigned and remodeled the bathroom in my 1950s split level home. When they brought it down to the studs, they found no studs. Consulted with me regarding the appropriate way to re-attach the siding to the house. The final product was beautiful and elegant, and helped to sell the house. We liked them so much that we engaged them to update the kitchen in our next home. This involved taking out the wall to the dining room. The designer guided us in selecting textiles so that the final look reflected our tastes and not something out of the current magazine. They were also open about what they could and could not do. They could have contracted to paint the lower level, but told us that it wasn't their specialty and that a painter would probably be cheaper and better. I appreciate that kind of honesty. Big selling point: other than the plumber, all the tradesmen work for Foster; they don't subcontract out the work. The same workers were at my house each day. Foster provides complete renovation services. You may think the price quote is high, but in the end you are getting good quality, warranted service. (p.s. - we liked the plumber's work enough to bring him in for other maintenance and repair jobs at the house, such as replacing the water heater.)

Foster Remodeling Solutions did a stellar job of remodeling our kitchen, mud room area, pantry, hall bathroom, and master bathroom. Suzanne, our designer, was a pleasure to work with and listened to our ideas, as well as offering her own creative solutions. All of the team members -- from electrical and plumbing to carpentry and tile work -- did a wonderful job. We especially appreciate Mike's meticulous attention to detail in his tile work and his efficient management of the entire project. Even though we encountered several unforeseen problems during the demolition phase, the entire project was still completed on schedule.

We have used Foster Remodeling for two major remodels in our home - - a kitchen (October 2012) and bathroom (April 2016). Our first project was the kitchen. We had interviewed four firms for this project, but Foster came out on top and we weren't disappointed. The cost for projects was on the higher end of the bids we received, but their attention to detail is unmatched as is their five year warranty. When it came time to do our bathroom, we went straight to Foster and didn't consider anyone else. Fosters takes the time to get the project right and will make adjustments as needed if they encounter unforeseen situations, including correct wiring that was previously done incorrectly which could have caused a fire. They are diligent about double checking everything as the project is underway, which I appreciated because I sometimes changed my mind in how I wanted something done. Their work was on time, if not early, and on budget. Absolutely no surprises. Foster also never hesitated to re-do something if it didn't meet my expectations, no questions asked, including repainting our ceiling when the color was a bit off. Even after the project was done, Foster continues to follow up quickly if we have had any issues arise with the project under the warranty. We have only had very small issues arise, but they were quick to address them. We hope to do another project with them in the future once we save up additional funds.

Foster Remodeling Solutions recently updated two bathrooms for us. We were very pleased with all of their work. The bathrooms look terrific! We enjoyed working with Lee and Jeff. They were personable and professional and at no time were we disappointed in either their work or their work habits.

Foster has designed and completed two large projects for me. The first one was a 1750 sq. ft. addition including an elder suite and a downstairs master bedroom and shop area. My mother lived there happily for 12 years. The design was functional, the carpentry and workmanship was superb; it was started on time, working around Hurricane Isabelle, and finished on time. The head carpenter was onsite every day and there were no glitches or gaps of time. The second project was a complete kitchen redo in the original house. It included kitchen, pantry and powder room. Again, the carpenter was a complete professional, he was present every day, working mostly by himself. Other than the cabinet door handles (which we picked out ourselves) there isn't a thing I would change. Foster has also done several smaller jobs which have always turned out well and within budget.

On a professional level our company has been working with Foster Remodeling Solutions for over 5 years. We can say that Foster Remodeling goes the extra step. Foster was not the low-cost bidder for our remodeled master bathroom, however we strongly feel that we got our money's worth and then some. They provided us with CAD/CAM models of what the finished project would look like, and by working with their CAD/CAM designer we were able to try out different wall colors and select the best one. The Foster showroom had a number of possible cabinet fronts and wall tiles and vanity tops on the premises so we could pick out coordinating tiles and tops without going to separate tile stores and granite showrooms, and hope that everything would work out in the end. The Foster workmen were careful to protect our rugs and floors, and every day started with their workmen covering the master bedroom furniture, putting down cardboard sheets over our wood floors, and installing a dust barrier between where they walked and the rest of the master bedroom. Every evening before they left they took down the dust barriers and sheeting, to give us back our room. The work itself was of the highest quality, particularly the tile work around our Jacuzzi. The symmetry is perfect. Notwithstanding our color selection and other specifications made at the time we signed the contract, the team leader would have us check out the things they were doing to confirm that it was what we truly wanted. This included trying out our wall paint on a large portion of the wall to confirm that it looked as good on the wall as in the computer model, confirming that we still liked the tile colors as installed, having us double check the location for the medicine cabinets, and so forth. It may seem like a small thing, but despite our best efforts at scheduling we had other workmen at the house dealing with other projects while Foster was working on the bathroom. I noticed that Foster's people were the only ones who took care to use our walkways and driveway instead of walking across our muddy lawn and tracking dirt into the house. There's no way to do as much as they did without raising dust and creating dirt, but I'm satisfied that no one could have been more careful.

Outstanding in all respects! Did a full remodel of our kitchen and master bath, replaced the floor in our sunroom and added light tubes to bring much-needed light to our dark living room. Everyone was highly qualified and very professional. Special kudos to Brian Penater who was the on-site lead.
