Nicole and her team were consummate professionals and we couldn’t be happier with our bathroom renovation. Nicole worked with us through several rounds of budget review and made sure everything stayed within our price range. She even came in under budget! Colby and Caleb were primarily who we worked with and they are remarkable at their jobs. They paid attention to detail and fixed anything we felt wasn’t quite right. We are already looking to get our other bathroom done with Red Ladder! We couldn’t recommend them more!

We are thrilled with the work Red Ladder Residential did for our home. We added an upstairs full bath which had originally been part of the bonus room. From start to finish, Nicole and her team were receptive, helpful, careful with their work, meticulous with detail and cleaned up at every step. We were out of town for the initial demolition (a positive for all concerned) but working remotely and/or around the house for the remainder--and found all the workers/subcontractors to be respectful and efficient. Interior decorating is not my forte, and Nicole's assistance with those decisions from color to tile choices were spot on. Can't wait to use the team again at a later date for a new deck and fencing out back! Thanks for a fantastic job!

Red Ladder built a sunroom addition to our home which required extensive demolition. Nicole and her team did an excellent job and was able to complete the project earlier than expected AND under budget. And this was while battling the constraints of the beginning of CoVid supply challenges. We were so impressed that we contracted Red Ladder to turn our peninsula kitchen into an island with new quartz countertops all around. The project came in again earlier than expected and under budget. We worked well together. I would highly recommend Red Ladder.

For many years, we had contemplated the addition of a screen porch to our home. There was an undesirable section of our deck that was rarely used due to lack of shade. We had barely a sketch of our idea to present which was enough for Red Ladder to design and construct our addition. We could not be more satisfied with the workmanship and attention to detail that has opened a new room for our family to enjoy. What began as a screened porch has become a multi season room . Nicole and her team of professionals have been a delight to work with. Our whole hearted appreciation for her leadership and direction.
