Dan House and Iron Mountain Renovations is an exceptional Construction Manager. Their work on our whole-house remodel was done on schedule and on the budget that Dan presented. Our project was a 4-month build-out that was best performed while we were vacated from the home. Dan prepared a day-by-day schedule that he did not waiver from throughout the project. This was exceptional to say the least!

We worked with Dan (Sensitive Information Hidden) of Iron Mountain Renovations to do a major renovation of our large master suite/bathroom. Dan was so organized, professional and pleasant to work with. He is a great listener and pays attention to every detail. He manages selections and timelines like the best program manager you'll ever meet. Even when there were minor zigs and zags (as there always is) Dan leaned in and made sure we were happy. The quality of his subs is top notch and privately, more than one told me that Dan has as great a reputation with them as he does with his clients. Our master suite turned out gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with it. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat.

Dan and his team were wonderful! We love the work they did and are so happy with the end result. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, responsive and did great work. Dan sent updates often throughout the project and always reached out about specific details or questions to be sure it was exactly what we wanted. He was even able to create a custom post and do custom tweaks to the cabinets to create the look we wanted. His attention to detail was much appreciated! The team cleaned up nicely every day. They stayed on track with the schedule and were honest about realistic dates if there was an unforeseen hiccup. We also were strict on the Covid protocol and again, they did everything possible to make us feel more comfortable. We are so thankful to the entire team and would absolutely use them again for future projects!

Dan managed our home office renovation and did a fantastic job. His team created a wall of custom built-ins with a beautiful quartz counter for a desk. The job was completed quickly and flawlessly. I would highly recommend Iron Mountain for any home project.

Iron Mountain redid our fireplace with shiplap and a new header over our fireplace. They were clean, picked up after themselves, and also stuck to the schedule. They also redid a wall in our dining room with shiplap- I have an awesome wife who is very picky and she was very happy.
