My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I had Todd visit to give me estimate re painting (Reno, HOT summer sun, house hadn't been painted in 7+? years, definitely needed.) Preceded by several painters who gave estimates for painting. Todd poked, prodded, climbed up on roof where neighbors's ivy had grown into siding & roof tiles. Numerous repairs needed because of ivy, neighbor copiously watering my siding, unbeknownst to either of us, every day. Needed repairs unnoticed by other vendors. Spent a lot of money on repairs, not so much on painting part (though painters were to love), sealed and snugged up for winter storms. Well worth it. Oh, and also had aged wood shingles? shakes? sides of house, replaced with fiber cement siding which looks likes shingles & approved by HOA. I love them!!! No further maintenance in my lifetime. That's what started whole process. Todd's employees & subcontractors are great. Already said I loved the painters. If you have good fortune to have Eric oversee your siding, repairs, whatever, he is the BEST. Integrity is the overall word. Work done Sept-Oct, 2015
