Worthington Design & Remodeling

Our family had an incredibly disappointing experience with Worthington. I feel it’s necessary to warn other people about this company before they entrust thousands of dollars and their home renovation to this company. We’re converting attic space into an additional bedroom and approached Worthington in July in hopes that they might be the right company to bring the project to fruition. They pitched themselves as a white glove service that would handle all aspects and coordination of the project from tip to tail in a timely manner. We were willing to pay a premium for that service which is why we were so alarmed when right off the bat it seemed we had to push to get anything done, even getting an updated contract for a feasibility study took over two weeks. Once we signed the contract and paid for the study it took numerous points of contact and more than two weeks before we were informed when the study would be completed, without even checking with us to see if we were available. In the midst of all this chaos we decided to go with another company that was more proactive and communicative. We informed Worthington that because of all of these difficulties we weren’t moving forward with the study and politely requested a refund for the study that was never completed. The designer we worked with was apologetic and agreed that a refund was acceptable given the fact that the study hadn’t been completed and her lack of responsiveness. After a week went by without a refund or any communication, we reached out again only to have an extremely rude woman tell us that there will be no refund for the incomplete study and accepted zero responsibility for our disappointing experience. The disrespect she showed our family during this conversation was shocking and has no place in a conversation with any customer. If this is the way Worthington does business, we consider ourselves lucky to have only lost the initial fee instead of paying a massive premium for a lengthy and frustrating home renovation experience.

Case did a great job. I was at a loss as to where to begin with kitchen remodel. We went to informative night at their Carmel location. It was well worth the time spent and enjoyable. Rochelle came to our home and started the process. Elizabeth and Ashley made it all come together. Cannot say enough for our project manager, Brad and our lead carpenter Mike. Everyone who entered our home was professional and skilled. Enjoyed everyone one if them. I am now enjoying my beautiful kitchen. .

Our remodeling project was professionally completed advise along the way, all questions answered and a beautiful project when done. I highly recommend Case Design.

We were nervous renovation newbies, and we consulted with several construction firms, but we were most impressed by the plans the Case designers came up with to totally redo our small 35 year old kitchen and master bathroom and to update our guest bathroom. Given that cost estimates were similar among the firms, we went with Case. Making decisions about styles and materials and colors was kind of head turning, but the Case designers made all of that pretty straightforward. We also had a budget to stick to and Case was understanding and worked with us to make sure we got the most bang for our bucks. When it came to construction, Case promised to complete the project within 8 weeks and they did. Their employees were on the job every weekday and we were impressed with the quality and speed of their work and also their responsiveness to questions and problems. The final results are gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. We are currently budgeting for our next project with Case.

Case remodeled our kitchen and laundry room. We could not be happier with the finished product. They arrived when they said they would, kept a clean worksite and finished on time. We even made a couple major changes to the plans and they were still able to finish on time. From the design phase to completion, the entire staff was professional and competent. We would recommend Case for any remodeling job.

This is my second project with Case. I love Mike, carpenter, Chris, painter, Brad, project manager, Tom, designer and best of all is the tile guy. I don't remember his name...he doesn't just lay tile, he is an artist. We gutted my master bath and closet....got rid of the tub, expanded the shower and closet and vanity. I got my chandelier and bling. I'm thrilled with the results. After all is done, the cleaners came and cleaned the mess....that was exciting. First was the porch, second master bath and I may have an upcoming third project. I wouldn't have anyone else in my home. And the guys brought treats for my dog

Built-ins were great. They spent extra time to make sure that the quality was up to their high standards. I didn't have to worry about anything because of the trust I had in their detailed oriented Project Manager. Also very flexible and can make adjustments whenever you'd like! Looking forward to working with them again in the near future!

We hired Case to remodel our master bath and move our laundry room to the second floor. The design ideas were great, they were a great help in selecting all of the materials and the actual construction went smoothly and on schedule. The area was kept clean and we couldn't be happier with the results. We have other projects in mind and plan to go back to Case for them.

Case Design removed the wood boards on our front porch and replaced with Trex decking. Everyone we worked with was very professional. Though ours was a smaller project, we never felt neglected, and the final product is amazing!

We enjoyed working with all of the employee of Case. They were professional, creative and enthusiastic to help us with our remodel.

Our bathroom was 17 years old and needed some updates. We didn't want the expense of moving any plumbing and had the space to keep the garden tub. We kept the same tile flooring and our designer helped pull the tile, granite and cabinet paint colors from that. We love our new shower which is the same size as our old one, just updated. We were very pleased with our master bathroom "face-lift". It was great to have a designer help us choose colors and fixtures.

Had a appointment on the 8th and the day of called to verify it was still on. Was working out of town and missed 3 hrs of work to be on time and nobody showed up . NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY

We're entering the homestretch of our whole house remodel. We've enjoyed the entire process and the expertise and professionalism of the team!

We were very pleased with the professionalism from the Case people throughout the design and remodel work. The ability to see our remodel design in a 3D format was very helpful to us.

Case completed a gut and rebuild of our master bathroom and closet this fall. The project came in on time and on budget, and we are very pleased with the results. Everyone was professional and helpful, from design coordination, construction and completion. Was very comfortable with them in my house alone. I would use them again.

Our kitchen update included new countertops, additional cabinets, lighting and some new appliances. Cabinets were matched perfectly and we were very pleased with the entire project. Team was courteous, professional, and kept the disruption to a minimum.

Our experience with Case Indy was wonderful. Each person entering our home was knowledgeable, respectful and so thoughtful of the entire project. We would happily recommend them for any home project you might have.

Amazing craftsmanship, even and especially when you pay attention to the details. Nothing we would change about our little spa retreat. Surprised by how much difference it makes in your day to have such a beautiful space. Make the investment, you won't regret it.

We hired Case to do a large remodeling project on our house. From the moment we met our team, we were impressed. We knew we had selected the right company to turn our house into the perfect home. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable and helped design plans that included all the features we wanted and even some brand new ideas. The work quality was amazing and beyond compare. They met all deadlines and stayed on budget. We love Case!

Excellent job with our basement. Our basement when we bought our house, seemed like it should be turned around. We brought Case in explained what we wanted they drew up several plans and we modified on the one that was very close to the description. The basement turned out perfect. I Will have them back for any job I need in the future, the work, individuals professionals professional from top to bottom.

We used Case for a few small projects (laundry room remodel and small kitchen remodel) before agreeing to move forward on the larger one which was a two phase project, phase 1 consisting of a wine cellar and phase 2 was remodel of the balance of the basement including a bar area. We had heard Case was considered one of the better and more expensive contractor's in the Carmel area. We were willing to pay the extra money to get the job done right without hassles. We have been relatively pleased with how the smaller projects and wine cellar turned out but there wasn't much design needed from Case. I'm an owner of an engineering company with a focus on industrial and commercial type projects. Thru my business I've become very familiar with how the Design/Build process works. Our disappointment comes from the design process and follow thru. Phase 2 of the basement is where we had issues primarily with the coordination of specific design elements. If you are going to use their design group, I'd recommend you make sure all the design elements you want to incorporate are fully vetted out from their design and construction teams, and they sign off that they can be accomplished as you wish. We didn't do this and when we had a design issue with lighting in front of the focal point of the entire project we were asked to pay to move the lighting where it was supposed to be per the design. We were assured at least 4 different times throughout the process that what we wanted would be accomplished. As it turns out the original design intent was accomplished after we paid to have the 6 new can lights that were put in in phase 1 removed and three new ones put back in where they should have been located in the first place. I made my dissatisfaction known to the owner and he told me it was a grey area but that I was such a good customer that he would only charge me half. I let him know that it was not a grey area and if that's what he wanted then i would pay it but i was not happy about it. At the end of the day, the change order is pennies compared to how much his total contract was, but it speaks volumes that he would be ok with leaving a customer dissatisfied over over a few hundred dollars. I will not use Case Design & Remodeling Indy again.

We did not end up using Case due the cost of the remodel. They are pricier than we felt the work was worth. But, they gave us some good ideas in what to consider.

They are true professionals who listen to you. They show up on time, get the job done beautifully! I would definitely recommend Case!

We hired Case Indy to do a major bathroom remodel for us. We live in an old house which had it's challenges. We hired Case esp for the design and shopping help as I felt that this is something we could benefit from. The Design Team was awesome. They took my Houzz Ideabook and gave us some great designs to choose from - then helped us pick cabinets, countertops, tile, etc to make our vision come to life. The 3D design program esp helped my husband as he has a hard time imagining what they are describing. It also allowed us to make changes as went went through the process. The project manager and amazing carpenter then put it all together. The carpenter came on time EVERY day and cleaned up each day. He kept me posted on what the plan was for each day and we were able to problem solve and minor issues each am. The project manager kept things on track and we finished the entire project in about 6 weeks - which is what they told us up front. We are VERY happy with our end product.

The CASE Team is absolutely outstanding! We just completed a basement remodel with them and our expectations were exceeded. They go above and beyond to make the process easy, enjoyable, and memorable. The Design Team Members, (Jeff & Brad) were very patient and helped us create a plan that worked for our needs while also increased value for our home when we go to sell it in the future. The Selections Process with Elizabeth was wonderful. She just has an eye for this type of thing and knows all of the best trends. We couldn't be happier with the "look" of our basement. The Construction Professionals (Craig & Mike) are top notch and delivered a very fine, quality product to us. They kept everything on schedule and are extremely experienced. They were also very gracious to work with us when we wanted to make changes to the original plan while the project was under construction. I can't emphasize enough that they were timely and the project was done when they told us it would be! This isn't the case with most remodeling companies!! :) I am a REALTOR in the area. I deal with many contractors and remodelers. It was a no-brainer for me to call CASE to complete this project in our home. They are truly the very best. This was the 2nd project they have done in our home (master bathroom was first, basement was second.) We will be calling them in the next few months to assist us with our outdoor living space transformation. THANK YOU, CASE! We love our home even more! We are creating many wonderful memories in the new space you created for us!

We had a complete master bathroom remodel as well as a kitchen remodel and also a room addition by Case Design. These projects were completed on schedule and each and every person who was involved in the day to day work was talented, conscientious, pleasant, helpful, and totally trustworthy. We had no hesitation at all in leaving our home in their care. From our initial planning and review meetings, to our final follow up details Case was superior from start to finish. Our experience could not have been more pleasant and to my surprise stress free. The entire team at Case is excellent!

Our great experience began when Jennifer walked into our house for the very first time. She presented herself with confidence, and we could tell that she was very knowledgeable when she answered our questions. She spoke about the process and the timeline for the project we were considering. Everything progressed as she had explained to us. One of our biggest surprises was the detail that Case presents before we signed our contract. They had so many suggestions and were so very helpful when we were making choices of tile, color, appliances, hardware, etc. Then when Jeremiah arrived to begin and oversee the project we were once again overwhelmed by his knowledge, thoughtfulness, timeliness, experience,etc. Every project should have Jeremiah. We cannot say enough about him. We were so impressed. Early in the project which involved a full kitchen and two bathrooms completely gutted and redone, (We had a third bathroom that we could use during the work.), we had unexpected guests arriving for a long weekend. The new toilets had arrived, but they were not yet scheduled to be placed. Jeremiah heard us discussing about four adults having to use one bathroom for several days, and he placed a toilet temporarily for us. Jeremiah and all the subs that were on our project were extremely careful with everything they worked on, and they were also very careful and considerate of the rest of our house. Craig, who was our superintendent, came by every day and was always available by cell phone. If he didn't have an answer, he found one in a timely manner. We loved having before and after photos, and we cannot express our complete satisfaction with our new kitchen and baths. I have recommended Case to everyone I know, and three friends are already scheduled or have begun having Case remodel for them.

Case remodeled our master bathroom. This was a complete remodel taking out a garden tub and installing a large shower with a bench seat. We also had many cabinets and a seat (outside the shower) installed. Our project manager ( Craig ) and our head carpenter ( Gary) were amazing and very easy to work with throughout the project. Everyone we worked with throughout the project was very professional and knowledgeable. Our bathroom is beautiful and very functional. We will use Case again and recommend them to all of our neighbors.

Case remodeled three bathrooms for me. From the design process through the demo and rebuild, I had great professionals to help me every step of the way. They communicated well and always kept me informed of what was coming next. They stayed within the budget and timeline. If a problem arose, they were on it and solved it right away. I was very pleased with the experience and the results. Will definitely use them again.

CASE worked with us patiently from start to finish - from design to finished detail. Their work was precise and complete. I liked that we were given options to choose from that had a range in price (lower, medium and higher cost), that the contract was spelled out very clearly, that there were specific people assigned to us - a carpenter who was there daily and was ready to problem solve any curve ball and a project manager who could follow up on any questions. CASE coordinated the outside contractors beautifully so that the job was done in an efficient manner. The design team was creative and fun to work with and our assigned carpenter and project manager were very attentive to detail. They saw things we didn't see. The job cost what we agreed upon. There were no surprises....except that we were surprised there were no surprises! We felt we were in good hands. It cost a bit more than we have sometimes paid, but we also got so much more in resources, peace of mind, great communication and a very good result. We will use them again.

This was the second time we have used Case for a bathroom remodel, and have been very happy with the results each time. We found them easy to work with, very willing to work within our budget, and were able to take our needs/wants to the next level. The work was done with a minimum of inconvenience to us. Both projects were completed on budget and on time. We highly recommend Case!

We hired Case to help re-design and remodel our large, walk-out lower level. We particularly enjoyed the design phase - Case was very flexible, and honored our wishes throughout, providing multiple drawings as we considered various options, and clear estimates of work should we decide to proceed. Our project encompassed a full kitchenette/bar, game area, multi-media/TV area, pool room, special wine storage, bedroom and full bath. Working with Case's desigenr, Liz, made choosing all the materials a breeze (cabinets, appliances, tile, granite, flooring, lighting, hardware, stone, paint colors, etc.)! Liz was careful to pre-select the right price points and things in keeping with the style of the rest of our house as well as our vision of the remodeled space. Construction went according to plan and only lasted 12 weeks. Case employees and sub-contractors were timely professional and responsive. We were unhappy with one aspect, and they were very accomodating and ensured that the area was re-worked to our satisfaction for no additional costs.

We wanted to change our Corian kitchen top to granite or quartz. We also wanted to replace our divided ktichen sink to a large undivided style. Kayla was very helpful in guiding us to make our choices. She was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. She helped find a new style of "Cambria" kitchen top, and a matching "Blanco' sink. Scott's role was to oversee our project. He was here frequently to see that things went well. He was very nice and he made himself always available for questions and answers. Jim was our lead carpenter. He spent a lot of time discussing how he would remove our Corian top, some backsplash tile, and our old sink. This was done as described without damage to surrounding kitchen structures. Our project was done on time. We were very pleased with the results of kitchen remodeling project.

Case remodeled our Master Bathroom. They removed a tub and small shower stall and replaced it with a large walk in shower. They tiled the floor and replaced the toilet, cabinets, lighting and sinks. The designer was excellent and very helpful. The contractor was very respectful and did a wonderful job.

Areas of outstanding quality and satisfaction: Design and plan, Master carpenter, electrician and plumbing Areas where there were severe shortcomings: Project coordinator, communications, mistakes in ordering components, time delays. Overall, the quality of work and attention to detail were very good. Management was very responsive to some of the shortcomings.

I am a repeat customer for exterior wood repair on our home due to the quality of work and skilled, professional staff.

We have used Case for three major home remodeling projects. We have spent close to $200,000 with them. Case strives to give their customers a professional experience with wonderful outcomes. They use modern technology to allow their customers a 3day visual of their project, which really helps. The one down side to Case is their pricing. Several of our friends and family members have worked with them on estimates and have decided not to use them because of their pricing. But there is a saying. . . You get what u paid for.. .

Larry and his team of professionals are top notch. They truly live up to their reputation as the finest in this market.

We couldn't be more pleased with our kitchen and bath remodel. All the folks at Case were so professional, timely and interested in pleasing us the client. We really appreciated all of their upfront planning. They don't start the project until most every decision has been made and all the materials are ordered and in, so there are no unforeseen delays. Jennifer Norrington (project designer) and Allison Copeland (assistant project designer) were wonderful to work with and we cannot say enough good things about the lead carpenter, Dan Postlewait. We would certainly use them again for any project and give them our full endorsement.

Knowing we needed to replace our 30 year old oven and didn't have the room for a "standard" sized one we saw a FREE seminar sponsored by CASE and looked into other options. We met with Jennifer and Andrea initially and what they put together was mind blowing. It was hard for me to visualize what my kitchen could look like on paper. Not to worry. The computerized examples were incredible. So much time and energy was spent on tweaking just what we wanted and needed. Dean was our lead carpenter. Not only extremely talented but kind, detail oriented, and very trustworthy. He kept us updated daily and even cleaned up at the end of each day! Liz took us shopping for the specifics. So much fun yet she kept us within our budget with high quality flooring, tile, countertops and appliances. We never felt pressured to spend over our budget. We had many options to choose from and she was filled with great ideas and suggestions. We would definitely hire this company again and strongly recommend others to consider them as well.

this was for a bathroom remodel project. Case company was very professional and the workers were all excellent. Project was not completed on time, but I do love the result. My only concern with this company is that the cost for the project was very high!

Total redo of master bath. Partial redo of quest bath. Designers helped us tremendously. Discreetly allowed to make our own decisions but made sure we didn't do something stupid. The main workman was the most dedicated worker we have ever met. He made sure he asked us before he did something that would have major repercussions if it was done wrong. He would make sure even when it was clearly in the contract. He also did his utmost not to inconvenience us. Example, could not use our shower in the guest bathroom only one night over a 4 week period. Curtesy and friendliness of all workers was wonderful and made the experience so much easier.

I called Case to request a quote for a master bath remodel. They set up an appointment with me for a few days after my call. During the appointment, the Chase representative reviewed my needs and ideas, explained their process, and answered all my questions. We talked about next steps, which would be to visit their show room to see samples of all the materials and choose what I'd like for my project. I ended up putting the project on hold, so did not get use their services, but was impressed with the depth of knowledge the Chase representative had, and feel they'd be a good company with whom to work.

Case Design did a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen this year. I attended one of their seminars and knew from the start that Case was an A-1 organization. Their entire team, from the designer, architect, scheduler, project manager, electrician, carpenter, painters - all were highly professional. They stayed on schedule and I received daily updates and if there was ever a delay, I was notified immediately. They showed great respect in my home and on my property in general. The end result - I have a gorgeous kitchen! I plan to hire the Case team again for future home projects and I would recommend them highly for anyone in the area that wants to update/remodel their kitchen or bath.

Case Design and Remodeling Design came to us through our Authorized Dealer Network. They brought innovative design ideas to several projects that we have worked on and they're definite experts in their field. Their staff of designers are creative as well as easily able to translate the clients ideas. Overall, Case Design and Remodeling was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to many more projects with them in the future.

Our new kitchen designed by Case Designs makes us smile everyday! Our designer listened to all of our wants and wishes and somehow was able to incorporate them all into our new kitchen. Our small kitchen was lacking in flow, functionality, and counter/cabinet space. Case transformed the long narrow space into a kitchen area truly triple the size. My favorite....the corner appliance garages (One that houses coffee central and one that de-clutters counter tops by hiding toasters, blenders, Etc). My husbands favorite....the very kid friendly honed granite countertops and the extra long island with seating for four. And we love our upgrades and functional placement of all the new appliances! Our kitchen now flows seamlessly into the family living room (this was achieved by taking out a half wall). The look was completed by adding new stone to the fireplace. We can't thank the team at Case Designs enough for our wonderful space!! It's been a dream come true. Note: project cost below includes new hardwood and tile flooring through out main level (not just kitchen).
