We have been living in this amazing LEED Certified home designed by KZ Architecture for over 6 years and its beauty, design and comfort never seizes to amaze us. Jaya was very meticulous in the layout of the home, making sure every room had the view it needed to bring it to life. Working with Jaya was a collaborative experience, she is the kind of professional that takes the client's view into account every step of the way. The end result is a the home of your dreams. We recently bought a Water Rower and assembled it in our living room just to try out the machine. This room is flooded with natural light and has spectacular views of the bay and rowing couldn't feel more real in such a serene space.

Clearly understood and interpreted our needs developing a beautiful design. Plans were submitted with details and office provided full support Through out the construction period

In 2011 we retained KZ Architecture to design or home in South Florida. My wife and I spent quite some time thinking of what we wanted to build, and after talking to several architects, we knew Jaya was the right one for the job!! Now, three years later, and being very close to completion of our project, we can only say that Jaya exceeded our expectations. She truly focused on making sure all details were looked at, was able to clearly conceptualize what we had in mind, and even made the process very exciting. We would absolutely recommend Jaya!!

My husband and I have been working with Jaya and her team for over a year on a new home and we could not be more pleased with the design and process. Spec home. Highest professionalism and thorough attention to both concept and detail. For anybody that appreciates truly sophisticated architecture this is the firm to go with. I am a developer and have worked with numerous high tear architects. Never have I witnessed such enthusiasm and zeal on making sure that the final product is impeccable and the perfect fit for the client. All solutions proposed through the process were thoroughly studied and paid the utmost respect to true fine architecture.

In twenty words its difficult to describe the professional skill of jaya . Attention to detail , creative energy , pride in performance , concern for economics ,and excellent management of the project are phrases that are common of a true professional.There are additions like easy to deal with , ability to listen and translate the clients needs to the plan, but most all and perhaps best of all characteristics from my perspective are two words Flexibility and Caring. For most clients this is a first experience for us it was not,Therefore we can judge her versus others in that group she comes out on top

We hired KZ Architecture to assist us in building our dream home. The property was a reverse pie which meant creativity was necessary. The design by KZ Architecture allowed water views from all social rooms and all of our bedrooms. It was a fantastic use of the lot and an incredible contemporary design. We are ecstatic of the final product and are enjoying our new wonderful home.
