Sonrise Construction reworked the layout of home's main level and managed updates in refinishing part of our basement. The first project was quite involved as they installed new flooring, redid our kitchen and master bath. Their professionalism was quite a blessing as a project of this magnitude is quite an upheaval in the house. From the beginning, the Sonrise Construction team were courteous, on-time, and friendly. The project was completed on time and on budget and all hiccups in the process were handled quickly and attentively. Most importantly, we felt that the Sonrise team truly cared about the quality of work that they were bringing to our home in addition to the care for our family and comfort during the process. They went out of their way to make the stay in our home, while they were working, comfortable by adding a make-shift kitchen in the basement and re-installing cabinets that were being replaced from the renovated kitchen to the basement as well. The team helped move furniture and took pains to protect the furniture that had to remain on the premises during the renovation. The project manager was always visible and handled any problem that arose. We were exceptionally pleased and would recommend Sonrise again and again!

You get what you pay for, with Sonrise Construction you get more. Sonrise built a garage addition to our home that appears to have been built as part of the house, not added twenty three years later. The quality of the build is terrific. We have had four houses built and with that experience we know of what we speak.

My wife and I contracted with Sonrise Construction to replace the old decks on the back of our house and to replace a couple of windows that were to be "temporary" when we built our house 20 years ago. There was some additional work as a result of replacing the windows including painting the living room and installing baseboard and window trim. From the first day to the last, the crews were professional and hard working. I enjoyed having casual conversation and a little humor with them all. As with most projects of this size some changes are often made as the work progresses. They were very receptive and willing to work with us on the modifications. They even suggested some that we had not considered and made the project even better than we envisioned. The work was completed in a timely manner, thanks, in part, to some beautiful fall weather. All of the work met or exceeded our expectations and we have had nothing but compliments from friends and family on the work performed. We would not hesitate to have additional work performed in the future.

With their commitment to excellence, eye for architectural design, and true craftsmanship our home has been transformed into a modern day home. They built our home 12 years ago and I remember the process and people very well. Ethical, honest, and they listen to you! My one request at the beginning of the interview process was that they’d return my phone calls and be there when they promised. So many companies don’t do that but SONRISE DID!!! You can trust them with your dream! Very pleasant people to have working for you. I’m about to call them for some remodeling work!
