Undertaking a kitchen, powder room & laundry room renovation is a big undertaking. We’ve all heard horror stories about doing a renovation. Knowing you will be without a kitchen, first floor bathroom & no laundry facilities Or running water can be quite daunting! I actually put it off for a year because I couldn’t imagine how I’d deal with it, I chose Millennium because they had done a beautiful & amazing renovation of my daughter’s house. The first day, by noontime, the entire 3 rooms were totally gutted. From that point on, there was a full crew at my house every day for a full day plus the Project Manager was on site every day as well overseeing all the work being done. No detail was overlooked. . From the demo crew, to tilers, plumbers, electricians, cabinet installers, trimmers, painters-work went on full tilt. In just 5 weeks, everything was finished & beautiful. Friends couldn’t believe it. After doing the renovation, we decided to paint & put up crown molding on the whole first floor. This was done in one week & this is a rather large house. The prep work was meticulous as well as the trim. I can’t say enough good things about the work Millennium does or how great it was to work with these people. I can’t recommend them highly enough! I know for any future projects, we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Going into the project all we would hear was "if you budget for X plan on spending 2X. Not only did Phil and Angelo and their team stick to X they were incredible and did tremendous work. I feel very lucky to have our home addition and remodel done by Phil and his team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Phil and his staff made my ordinary addition, EXTRAORDINARY. Not only did they come in under budget and on time, but their attention to detail from beginning to end was AMAZING, making it a very pleasurable experience. My wife and I enjoyed the experience sooooo much, we are currently with Phil on the next phase of our home renovation.

Millennium Custom Homes did an outstanding job on my first floor renovation. Not only did they get the job done on time, but they stayed within our budget – something very rare when hiring a contractor! They are consummate professionals and their mill work is superb as is their attention to detail. Moreover, they kept the space clean while they worked and we had little to no dust. We could not be happier with our new first floor reno– it’s like a brand new home and truly spectacular.

Phil was professional, extremely knowledgable and was able to answer very difficult and exacting questions with confidence and clarity. His ability to "connect" with the customer was more than admirable. He rates beyond 5 stars!

I cannot say enough about the great job by Phil and his team at Millennium Custom Homes! He replaced the roof of our home during a renovation and did it faster than he estimated and was spot on his estimated price. I called him to get a quote for the roof, his team was there the next day and I had a quote that night. Obtaining a permit was seamless and, if there was any additional work that needed to be done, he emailed me immediately to let me know. Phil was on site when I visited and he even gave us a heads up on some other issues that we may run into in the future, so that we could mention it to the other people working on the house. Great guy and great experience all around! I absolutely recommend Millennium Custom Homes.

Millennium Custom Homes is creative, thorough, clean and generally a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly. We were very pleased with their work.

They finished my basement beautifully, as if it were the main floor of my home. New flooring, full bath, office, bar, gym, wine cellar, gaming room, tv room. I love it and get nothing but compliments. We also finished a music room/loft in the attic. It is fabulous. All workers are professional, courteous, respectful and very neat. I plan to have them redo my kitchen in the new year. Highest recommendation.

Millennium custom homes is an amazing builder. Phil build our house after the fire. He was able to demolish the destroyed by fire house in 4 days and build a new house in 4.5 months. Phil delivered 3 weeks earlier than scheduled. We looked at 6 other builders in the area. Nobody was even able to come close to even promising such a short time frame. Millennium custom homes has a very professional team. Phil supervised every detail and took care of the problems. I was traveling for busieness and was not able to be at the construction site for weeks. Phil gave me daily reports and sent pictures. When there were questions he showed me the progress on face time. I felt that everything is under control. there were absolutely no waiting time between different jobs. All materials were delivered on schedule and contractors showed up on time. It was actually amazing. I expected some delays and was surprised how smoothly the transitions went. Phil assembled a very good set of contractors who respect him and deliver on time. My wife and I enjoyed picking up kitchen, tile and other options at Phil's contractors. The pavers walk way and sprinklers around the house were also done extremely fast in less then a week. We have a long walkway and I did not expect them to be done so quickly. Phil has very professional electrician and plumber. We have very big and complex crystal chandeliers. He was able to hang them without any issues. Actually, all contractors were very professional. We love the house that Phil built. Before we selected PhilI I talked to a number of his customers and looked at the houses that he built. All his customers gave very high reviews of Phil's job. Now I became one of Phil's customers and I also highly recommend this builder.

Millennium Custom Homes is a first class act. Exceptional quality and service every step of the way. We gutted my home and completed the job in 1/4 of the time of other contractors. The work was excellent, but the care and going above and beyond mentality was unprecedented. I have recommended Millennium Custom Homes to at least 5 of my friends that then actually picked them to do their work. They were all thrilled.
