Schafer Brothers just completed a complete bathroom remodel for us. The whole process went flawlessly right from the beginning. Amy was our sells rep and helped us through the process and selection of all the materials and choices. Never felt any pressure from her at all. Erick was the lead and did most of the remodeling. His skills were outstanding and he takes pride in his work and customer satisfaction. We added a built in cabinet which opened in the master bedroom and bumped into unused space in a wall in the bathroom. We were quoted a reasonable price and Erik custom built, stained, and installed the unit on site. His skills as a carpenter really shows and my wife is ecstatic with the removable shelves and the new storage space. Thanks to his skills the bathroom came out perfectly. Schafer Brothers are not cheap but the quality of both the work and the processes make the cost worthwhile. We now have a bathroom for my son that will last, that he loves, and my wife has the extra storage space she has been wanting.

We had the crew from Schafer Brothers Remodeling out for several projects. They just finished up this morning. They replaced 2 bathroom exhaust fans and ran new runs for each to blow out the back of the house exterior. Our microwave over the stove in the kitchen had no vent to blow out of the house. They installed venting and put a vent the through the roof so it exhausts outside. They replaced old, dim, kitchen lighting with new LED lighting that is great. Our side door on the garage was old and leaking water when it rained. They replaced it, painted it, and did a wonderful job finishing the outside with aluminum wrap. All work was done in a very timely manner and Amy and Jeff, from the office were on top of every step of the projects. The crew they sent out were top notch and very hard working every step of the way. The leader of the project, Paul, was super on the job! His attention to detail was fantastic tackling many aspects of the project on his own. Anthony was in charge of the entire door replacement. He dismantled and reinstalled the door perfectly. It was a very tough task, but he got the job done.They had a newer worker with them. Paul. He worked taking the microwave out and the interior vent pipe. He built a wooden cabinet to hide the exhaust piping. Beautiful! Overall I would highly recommend this company for any projects you may need done.

We had some major water damage in our home from a second floor laundry room that had the hot water hose completely sheer off at the wall. We had damage on all three levels of our home; second floor, first floor and basement. Having worked with Bill Schafer several times in the past I contacted him immediately after talking with our insurance agent and filing an insurance claim. Bill suggested to pull in Joe (Schafer) since he had experience in working insurance damage claims. Joe came and assessed the damaged, put together a proposal to address the damage, and worked with our claims adjuster. I could not have asked for a better experience than working with Joe. Rarely did I have to speak the adjuster or insurance company. Joe did the heavy lifting for us. Joe suggested Nate be our lead on getting our home back into shape from the water damage. Nate was terrific to work with. His attention to detail, and suggestions left us with a much better working home and laundry room than we had before the water damage. Everyone we had here from Schafers were really good from Joe, Jeff, Nate, Kyle (an exceptional plumber talent), etc. One of the things I like best with Schafer Brothers is their ability to work together with us, come with alternative ideas that lead to an even better functioning, better looking end result. Rarely do you find someone who welcomes changes to original plans. It’s as if Schafer Brothers expects changes to happen, and embraces it.

We used Shafer to update and redecorate our basement family room, stairs, foyer and kitchen, which included carpet. new lighting and paint, cleaning up wall paneling and doors. We chose Shafer because we were very pleased with the work they did on a previous home project. The whole project was handled very professionally from start to finish and we were kept informed throughout. The tradesmen working on each phase of the project were each friendly and concerned with our satisfaction and cleaned up the area each day after work. We will use Shafer again and would recommend their services.

I had Schafer Brothers Remodeling Inc. remodel my much outdated master bathroom in August of 2023. They had previously remodeled my kitchen and did an amazing job with that job. Aside from personnel issues Schafer Brothers was experiencing, they did complete my master bathroom and it looks amazing! They really want the best completed product and when their personnel cant keep up to their standard, they remove that personnel and replace them with those that fulfil the Schafer Brothers quality that the owners and customers expect. Johnny, Paul, Chad and more all did a great job once Jeff Anderson became to be the project manager. Jeff had an impeccable eye for detail and would not allow the quality to fall to les than perfect. He demonstrated that he understands that the name of Schafer Brothers is on the line and that's what sells to the next customer so if I wasn't happy, the world would know. At the end of the project, it was amazing thanks to Jeff Anderson. Joe Schafer even came out to the house after the project was complete to review the work and what a good guy he is! No matter how much the job may cost him, he will make sure the job is done right and that the customer is happy. I'm here to say, trust Schafer Brothers with any of your remodeling needs. Gosh where to start. I hired Schafer Brothers to remodel our master bathroom. The people who owned our home prior to us were self-proclaimed DIYers and there was a lot that needed to be undone. Avery was our sales consultant and he was absolutely wonderful, very personable, not pushy and really allowed me to understand all of our options. He thoroughly explained everything as we went and we would often get lost in conversation. Such a nice guy. Once we signed the contract we waited about 12 weeks before the project started so they could allow time for the materials to all get in, which I really appreciated. We had our pre-construction meeting where we aligned on everything outlined in the proposal and I got to meet everyone. The work started the following Monday where the absolute STAR of the show, Matt, came to work. Having Matt in our home was truly like having a friend over - he was so professional, kind, funny, personable and incredibly talented at what he does. He was always on time, spent time with our dog and even brought treats for him each day. Matt would start each morning by giving me a rundown of what was on the schedule, and he was so patient answering my many questions. He really ensured that everything was done well and right the first time. Matt paid such close attention to detail and noticed things that I otherwise wouldn't have and brought them to my attention to talk me through it. He exceeded every single one of our expectations. On his last day here, I was so sad to see him go! I'm definitely going to miss having him around - until the next project that is. Schafer Brothers was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. Matt has been with the company for 26 years, and honestly - a company that treats its employees that well to where they stay for that long is unheard of today. I cannot wait for our next project - because there will be only one phone call I'll make. And you better believe I'll be requesting Matt specifically! Thank you again to Matt, Avery, Austin and Mitch for all of your work on our bathroom remodel. We are so so happy with the final product.

Schafer Bros. did a complete kitchen remodeling & replaced the flooring throughout pur house. The results of their hard dedicated work is amazing. It's been a year & I still love it. I absolutely recommend them for any job you may need. I couldn't in good conscience give 5 stars due to some matters that came up during my remodel, BUT, I know it was an unusual situation in part due to the pandemic & supply issues. I couldn't find any before pics but here are a couple after. I will be using them for any future remodel projects.

Schafer Bros redid our deck last summer and it was great to work with them. They were communicative throughout the process, courteous while on site, and finished very quickly. The end result was everything we hoped for!

Schafer Brothers did 2 jobs for me. Both jobs were excellent! I would never have anybody else do the remodeling I need. Professional and always on time. The best of everything!

Schafer Brothers Remodeling has just completed a tear down and remodel/rebuild of our deck. Out went a very, very tired 30 year old cedar deck and in came a slightly redesigned no maintenance composite deck. It has exceeded our expectations in every way! Project manager Lee and crew were very easy to work with, very professional and thoroughly explained each step along the way. We were always advised if there was going to be a delay in receiving materials…which is very common these days due to Covid. Lee went out of his way to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it…and then some. The approx 2-1/2 weeks they were here were some of the hottest days of the entire summer so far. Numerous bags of cement were hand mixed and poured on a day of triple digits heat index. We have nothing but positive words for the employees, craftsmen and of course the beautiful finished product created by SBR. We heartily recommend SBR.

A major remodeling project was performed on our townhouse by Schafer Brothers Remodeling and the outcome exceeded our fondest dreams. Avery Schafer told us that they would knock our socks off and they did just that. The lead on this project, Daniel, was very professional and committed to performing the work to the highest level of quality possible. In the future when we have a project to be performed we will definitely call on the Schafer Brothers.

Schafer Brothers remodeled our kitchen. The time they took to plan our project assured us that details were going to be correct and the work would be done in a timely fashion. This job was a remodel "down to the studs" and reworking of the floor plan including the addition of a first floor laundry room. Their crew was at our home on a daily basis and progress was always on time. The remodel was scheduled for 4 weeks at the maximum and it was finished in 3 1/2. They even mounted , wired and connected the new TV. Professional planning and execution. There were a couple of minor issues but they took care of them immediately.
